::Q16) How does the slave class train appointed men?
::16) How does the slave class provide this training? In the first century,
::representatives of the slave class were authorized to train and appoint
::overseers in the congregations, and they, in turn, trained the sheep.
AND
::Jesus...appointed it (slave class) over...all his spiritual interests on earth
::The WTS teaches that this happened in 1919. Evidently, those in the WTS before that date were not ::working with and under Christ's directions...
If the slave was not identified until 1919, how did they do anything in the first century?

If it is sold through an MLM it is absolutly a scam and has no real benefits only psychologicaly induced (placibo) effects.
Any valid product would not touch MLM with a 100 foot pole.

Do It Yourself: The ark of the covenant
by Nathan Natas inthe ark of the covenant was a primitive (well, it was wood) leyden jar: a capacitor.. the shekinah light was a coronal discharge between the two terminals, which were in the form of the cherubs.. my proposal: a team of aposta-engineers work together to.
1. calculate the electrical properties of the ark of the covenant.
2. build a replica ark and determine if it operates within the anticipated performance range.

That is cool ;), Leolaia. Are they as goofy in person?
I doubt they did the ark thing at the same time, although I did see the episode, they were able to get enough current to tingle I think. They shocked Adam by hooking up a electric fence transformer(?) to the ark though.
How did you get to go to a taping?

P.S. There was a guy about 15 years ago that patented a beverage can which had CO2 in a small container inside which would be released when opened, this would allow you to have a cold coke without refridgeration. I guess it was just too expensive for mass market, the article that I read said that we would see them and that the guy got the idea from cooling beer when in the army.....I get my best ideas when I am drinking ;) too!!!

been done, mythbusters did it this is the episode.
I was going to post earlier but couldn't find the episode.
Episode 29: Cooling a Six-Pack
The mystery is finally over! Watch as the MythBusters use ice, water, refrigerators, freezers and fire to test the fastest way to cool a six-pack. Then the team builds a new crash-test dummy ... and drops it 60 feet from a crane. The result is baptism by destruction for Buster 2.0, and a high-speed, high-impact crash the likes of which ... well, see for yourself. And finally, they may not have had iPods or remote controls to use them in, but did ancient peoples have batteries? Learn whether a crude form was invented more than 2,000 years ago.
premiere: March 23, 2005not enough current

The watchtower is now into flipping.
Their new show on TV will be called "Flip that Sky Scraper".
This is where they buy a rundown sky scraper, use volunteer help to refurbish it then sell it for a huge profit.
Donald Trump is quoted as saying "If I had thought if this when I started out I would own the whole world now!"

Who REALLY controls Jehovah's Witnesses..????
by Darkside999 inlet me begin by saying i was raised in a witness household.. now that i am older i like to question things and see where they really come from.
i always found it strange that so many people would blinding think they the society has any real power or knowledge.. first of all the origins are probably evil.
as russel was a 33rd degree mason, and founed skull and bones an evil satanic cult and jehovah's witnesses?

http://www.masonicinfo.com/famousnon.htmThere is no credible evidence whatsoever that Charles Taze Russell, the founder of the Jehovah's Witness faith, was a Mason. Some have charged that his tombstone appears as a keystone (a symbol used in Royal Arch Masonry), that there appears on the stone a crown and cross and that the stone is in the shape of a pyramid. (Those who make the claim do so for their own ends ignoring the fact that the cross and crown have long been symbols of Christianity, that the pyramid is often used in one-dimension view to represent the Trinity etc.) A review of Russell's personal life would have likely found him unwelcome within a Lodge. A current author says of him "Russell's faults as a writer were perhaps the least of his shortcomings. Accusations of sexual and financial improprieties, for example, dogged him throughout his adult life. Russell's notorious difficulties with his long-suffering wife Maria, aired during a series of sensational libel, separation, and alimony suits near the turn of the century, became a particular source of embarrassment for both the pastor and his flock. (Russell's stature couldn't have been enhanced when a Pennsylvania judge concluded that his "continual arrogant domination" of his wife was enough to "render the life of any sensitive Christian woman a burden and make her life intolerable." 4 This notwithstanding, Pastor Russell did, upon occasion, make reference to Masons.
One internet supporter of Russell's regularly argues that Freemasonry was totally against the Preacher's philosophy but the argument he makes is based on his interpretation rather than facts. Those attempting to condemn Russell based on Masonic membership fail to produce any evidence of his membership (the name of his lodge or the names of lodges he ostensibly visited, for example) and his supporters use faulty logic in arguing against it. Russell is not mentioned in any Masonic reference works, a unique situation indeed if he were a Mason because of his notoriety.
Oh, and did we mention?: the "tombstone" that's so often referred to is actually a monument erected to Russell by the Watchtower Society which has regularly criticized Freemasonry. Pastor Russell's actual gravestone (shown above) is a couple of dozen yards away....

Just a side note: When I was younger I knew a "brother" who was of the big A, he was about 35 at the time. A couple of years later he was DF'd for banging another sister in the hall. After his divorce and reinstatement he started partaking again. Then a year or two later he was DF'd for corn holeing a different sister in the hall. Reinstated Again = Anointed Again. DF'd yet a third time and came back, this time I don't think he partook anymore, I guess Jehovah finally got through to him that he was not of the anointed.
Whether DF'd or anointed or whatever the one thing was constant, he was just plain damn W-E-I-R-D!
I guess being anointed is like getting into the VIP room at a club.
