i was wondering if jws have to buy their wt & awake magazines that they distribute door to door?
also, are they required to sell them or do they just give them away at the door?
if they sell them, do they keep the money....or have to give it to the (b)org?.

Just having a little fun with the 2034 discussions that have been floating about JW world. I'm so glad not to live under the worry about the big "A" any more - it's nice to just live my life and enjoy it - enjoy whatever time I have on this earth - the past few years have been terrific and I can only hope it continues this way!

My son just turned 18 - of course we have had the "safe sex /or no sex (yea right as he rolls his eyes)" talk with him a few times in his life. I care about him and his health so even though it's embarassing - hubby and I have both talked to him about that subject. We have NOT however approached the subject of masturbation....nor do I care to! That's just not something a mom wants to know
This morning I told him that I wasn't prepared to be a grandmother for at least 15 more years, and I said "Don't forget - it's all about ME!" - he thought that was funny and laughed - glad I could break the ice with him in a way that still gives a gentle reminder to be safe.
But leaving an Awake for him to read AT the kitchen table....in front of me...geezzzzz.....

Try a search of the e-mail address in Yahoo (put the address in parenthesis) - often times people use their e-mail address when registering for things on-line and this search can bring back all kinds of info - like their name, pages they've registered on, etc.
Also - check out the search/people functions like switchboard.com - on some of those sites you can do a search by e-mail.

Well now - that's not very old at all! In fact, with the advances in medicine I think it is quite feasible that we could live past 100 and be in fairly good health to boot!

saturday my son is going to go to a 6 hour driving course to get his d/l.
i have been letting him practice driving and he is doing very well.
i am glad he is going to thru the course , i am sure they will highlight alot of things he needs to know.
