Gods organisation here on Earth
by Dr Jekyll inok so we all know that the faithful and discrete slave class claim to be gods organisation here on earth and that they claim that a god of order would have an organisation to organise his followers but can anyone pull a scripture of of their hat that proves that god doesn't need an organisation here on earth?

Short answer: YES.
But the bOrg truly "dumbs" people down. Many have the potential to regain intellectual capacity once they leave the bOrg.

Better off Poor in UK than Rich in US!
by Seeker4 innational public radio this morning had a story about a study of middle-aged (55-64 yo) whites in the uk compred to the us.
they were shocked at the results.
the study was done to try to find out the effects of poverty on health , which is why they just studied whites, to eliminate the effects of race.

I love food, I love cooking and I love eating. I don't want that to be detrimental to my life, but one of the great pleasures of my life - both for how I feel and how fit and healthy I am. I don't want food to make me fat, I want it to be part of what makes me fit.
S4 - great post and very helpful! I agree about food - one of life's great pleasures.
Mr. Bee has always been athletic with relatively good eating habits and at 6'5", not fat. However, he was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic and told by his MD to cut out white foods - rice, bread, potatoes and sweets. We immediately went into action to make the necessary changes - but as painlessly as possible. I bought two books about pre-diabetes, one a cookbook. Cleared out the pantry and freezer of non-acceptable foods. Mr. B is a bread-aholic. I found a whole grain version with 7 grams of fiber per serving and 0 sugar. Whole grain chips with 5 gr fiber. Whole grain pasta, etc. Instead of ice cream after dinner, he is having homemade applesauce with vanilla yogurt and walnuts. He quite looks forward to it after dinner! Of course, he cannot have ALL he wants of any of it, but certainly enough to satisfy. Made a wonderful minestrone with a bit of sirloin, kidney beans, veges, whole wheat penne and a tad of parmesan on top - fabulous and filling.
Our diet was pretty good before - salad and chicken or fish, beef rarely, minimal sweets (except for the nightly ice cream for him) and we both are exercisers. But, I am happy to say that in 3 weeks, Mr. Bee has lost 11 pounds and I have lost 3!

Could we have stumbled onto the reason behind the higher education thing ?
by Forscher inin the mid 1990s the wtbts backed-off just a little bit on its stance about higher education publically while it was still discouraged unofficially.
now, all of a sudden they are publically clamping back down.
and coincidentally they are clamping back down just as ben schroeder was entering his final year or years at columbia law school.

IMO, higher education has always been incompatible with the scheme of the WTS - if for no other reason than they can't afford to have dubs using critical thinking skills. Duh!
But, just as with other WTS dogma, it has a downside - an uneducated R & F with limited economic means.
Someone responsible for the evolution of the WTS stance on education calculated the odds at some point:
- Education = higher quality members, but less total members
- No education = lower quality members, but more total members
I don't think they would get the concept of "less is more" - they lean toward "more is more."
However, just as with the dogmas driving the the blood issue and shunning practice - there is a downside. But, like any business enterprise that wants to be profitable, the WTS has calculated the odds. (Though I think they overshot the mark on the blood issue and left themselves vulnerable to legal culpability. We hope.)

I have lived a good day
by cyd0099 ini have worked hard and relaxed in the shade.
i ate tasty sushi and had an ice cream cone while enjoying the company of a lovely lady.
my fish is settling down in his bowl and today i learned more about his care in ten minutes from a man at the local pet store than i did from three petsmart employees.
