  i would have to say that ray franz was the biggest influence for me.. when i first got on this board, a poster by the name of james, a former bethelite and organization heavy, helped me understand a lot of the inner workings in the upper echelons of the society.. .

  and of course, farkel's common sense approach was (usually) helpful..

  Barbara Grizzuti Harrison, author of Visions of Glory.

  I left based on a gut feeling - no support. No internet, no family. Ten years. I consumed BGH's book, like oxygen. Wrote her a letter and she answered with a lovely postcard which I've treasured.

  Finally, all immediate family also came out. Such a blessing, but sullied by much pain and betrayal by family still in.

  the leader of russia recommends peace, good sense and godly behavior while us leaders preach an obsession with war, amateurishly fumble diplomacy, and embarrass their nation in front of the world.. this is one of the greatest wtf moments of my life!

  It is an amazing development - on top of the other amazing development in the Syria situation this week - the possibility of Russia negotiating the Syrian relinquishment of chemical weapons - thus averting a war. If that is a fumble or an embarrassment - let's have more of them!

  i have been to frejus, cannes, st. tropez and san rafael (maybe the most beautiful city in the world - no wait that would be cannes, or san tropez).

  i traveled the coastal highway one day from s. of hyeres to monte carlo.

  for the past 4 1/2 years i have heard everything said about president obama and now the lastest "obama being the anti-christ" just have me laughing my head off.

  where do people get nonsense like this?

  do they just sit around the kitchen table and say "what are we going to say next about obama and michelle?
