  What the F? The term "mutual masturbation" denotes a sex act performed between two consenting adults. I've never heard that term used to describe child molestation, because that's what we're talking about here. No logical person would assume a 12 year old girl could consent to "mutual maturbation." What a sick group of goat-f's! Wow dude, you have a heavy load to carry there. I understand the psychology behind JW mind control, but covering up for a child molester is a special little crime in itself.

  they just informed me that when jws call on them they tell them they have a cousin who used to be on and left when he found out it wasn't the truth.

  Law of gravity?

  if jehovah's rule of law works like the law of gravity, which it apparently does until the millennial rule of christ, the past 6000 years of sin (error) inherited from adam has permitted mankind to exist even though imperfect.

  this has allows death and distruction.

  the historical scriptural record of death and distruction of those that go contrary to god's rule of law by failing to follow his direction and guidance (since not perfect impossible), as a people or nation it proved to be the case.

  According to who? The law of gravity specifies that an object in free fall will increase in velocity by 10 meters a second every second. That's a proven scientific fact. Are you really asserting that "Jehovah's rule of law" (whatever that means) can be confined in such strict, narrow terms? What proof do you offer to back up your claim?

  To present a theory as if it were fact, then quickly proceed to expound upon such faulty claims is a true sign of ignorance, or Watchtower psychology.

  I feel bad about being a part of this...

  several years ago, approx 1995, i was a newbie elder - age 29 and was just doing the "yes man" duties around the hall.

  there was the overbearing po who was the "king" of the congo and whatever he said was gospel... if he didn't like you - you were history... needless to say - i kissed his butt and moved up the ladder quite easily.

  we had another newbie elder - in his late 40's - and he was a smart man.

  We had a brother like that in our circuit. About every five years or so he would move to a new congregation to "help" the brothers there become more spiritual. Upon arriving he would force out the current PO and claim his spot as the King of the Congregation. From that point on it was his way or the highway. He left a wake of destruction a mile wide. Elders would just eventually move to another congregation to escape him. No less than half the elder body of my old hall moved to escape him, my Father included. In there place King Mo would appoint younger, less experienced brothers. Men who mirrored his own thirst for power. He was so overbearing that the "friends" who had felt his wrath would say they had been "MOed over", his first name was Mo.

  The power structure of the Watchtower organization is corrupt, and like all other corrupt power structures before it, it exists to serve itself. Those in power promote others to power who mirror there own personalities, and so the problem perpetuates itself. Christ told us that we would recognize his followers by their actions. These people, these supposed "true Christians" do not reflect the life course of Jesus Christ, and therefore they do not represent him.

  They are charlatans. Liars. May God have mercy upon them.

  i have lurked for over a year.

  i keep coming back here - everytime i do - it's like witnessing a car wreck.

  the things i don't want to read or believe are right here before my eyes - it's like a drug.

  Welcome Sibboleth. I've also looked back on my life and felt the rage over a wasted youth. It's not easy to think about what you COULD have become had it not been for the Watchtower organization's insane rules.

  It's never too late though. Go back to school, get your degree. I'm doing it right now, and so are a lot of others here.

  The best way to let go of the past is to take control of your future.

  its been a while since i posted here...hope everyone is well.. some in canada may read the national post newspaper...friday they had an editorial entitled "halfway between religion and cult", discussing the blood issue as it relates to the the surviving sextuplets in british columbia, canada.

  i decided to respond, and to my suprise it become the "letter of the day", published in this weekend's edition of the post.

  I spy a fellow Jeep enthusiast. I almost home schooled when I was young, but my mother decided it would be better to keep me in school. My wife's brothers went through the American School program, it was total crap judging by their education level when they "graduated." As a thirty year old college student I would advise you focus a lot on Math and Science. Most of tomorrow's in-demand careers will depend upon these areas.

  Today it's hard to find good engineers, but college graduates with business degrees are a dime a dozen.

  2007 Convention

  i was wondering if anyone knew about the venue for a 2007 district (i believe) convention taking place in northeast pennsylvania over the labor day holiday?

  where it's scheduled for?.

  i work for a company that was trying to obtain blocks of hotel rooms for a soccer tournament the same weekend.
