demanding to see my dads will.and berating me for not having sealed his safety deposit box when he died.funny,he didnt have one.and his entire estate was bought by me,in cash 8 years ago..hahahahaha.guess i didnt think it was his business to know.im thinking that i should send a copy of this demand to the elders of the kingdom hall that he has brown nosing for 30+years,{and is still only a mike guy}.wonder oif they would like to know that he has been contacting a disfellowshipped apostate?he,my sister{his wife} and 2 of their sons showed up at court today to testify against me,that i have been harrassing me.havent talked to any of them since 12/10,but thy claimed constant harrassement.were all willing to swear to it.now,see why i hate jw"s?

ok all of you closet lurker elders,should i send a copy of this rude letter to the comittee?.

I would think if you could show purchase of the estate that you could motion to have the proceeds returned to you as you were the primary monetary agent. In essence you purchased the estate for your father to live in, and thus want the estate back. The whole purpose of the probate/estate distribution is for assets obtained by a third party who has kin. However, I would think that if the assets were indeed purchased by one of the kin, and the person died, that kin should be the sole heir. I hope you have kept receipts, etc and supplied them to the court. Also, to rub salt in the wound I would counter sue your BIL for court fees, attorney fees, etc.

using the wt's "birthday logic" (only two mentions of b-days in the bible, both negative, which means "true christians" do not celebrate them) i wrote this faux wt article about whether true servants of the wt god should really own dogs... i'm no sd-7, but i tried..... .

animals are truly a gift from jehovah as the creator of all things.

animals have, since the creation, served as workers and companions for man.

I like the nicotine gum. Had a bad craving last night, willing to do a Jack Black... j/k and found a piece of nicotine gum (ran out and need to get some more) in the back room. Chewed on that for a while and felt easy again... thanks again for the encouragement!

I'm also trying to watch what I eat - which is tough going. Seems I want to eat more to satisfy that endorphin high, end of meal cig, etc. I have found that eating sunflower seeds helps. I literally have bags in my vehicle and at home, work, etc... ;0

End of the World Predictions that Failed

history is complete with stories of failed , alleged " prophecies " of the coming of the end of the world- allegedly.

news for everybody- organized religion does this to control it's members through fear and guilt by telling them that they are all born sinners and that god is coming with a " day of reckoning " in which everybody has to " pay up " for their sins , or be rewarded - allegedly - for being better than other people who sin.. i'll say for the record- i think it's total control, manipulation, and scare tactics used by religion throughout history .
