  My mother was kidnapped- could that really have happened?

  my mom has been telling me since i was a kid stories about how my grandparents got divorced and amazingly enough the court awarded custody to my grandfather.

  he was a hardworking lumberjack, and a drinker.

  he was also irish catholic.

  Blood - The Movie

  a long time friend and local actor is developing a movie entitled "blood" that explores the the pressure a family goes thru in ordeals within the organization including intimidation and disfellowshipping.

  were shunned...and they went thru the same thing i didn when i was df'd..

  I just found out that an old friend went back, after his daughter died...

  I miss all the meetings with the elders!

  I miss being in trouble all the time!

  I miss the shunning, and being told u can't see ur siblings!

  I miss being told how to feel and think!

  lately, since i left the organization, i've been quite curious what people have been saying about me behind my back.

  not that i really care what these people think anyway but i'm just wondering what rumours, half-truths and outright lies are being spread about me.

  i have someone in my old congregation who i still keep in contact with.

  U should pretty know what they are saying....we all have been around when others have left!

  At this point..there is nothing u can do about what other people are saying!

  U have a real life to get on with now!
