has anyone ever seen a situation where the wts disfellowhiped someone who is autistic, retarded or otherwise mentally challenged?.
i wonder if the elders give them more leeway knowing that they are not always capable of making decisions as well as a normal person.. .

Well said indeed. Think I have long thought, most dub's that are the R & F have addictive personalities in one form or another. When they leave the dub's, sadly they have a need fill that void quickly. They just don't realize that the power to make you feel happy or complete is within you.

OH my god it's moving all by itself!!
by hamsterbait ini have just discovered that i can move the cursor on my screen by moving the fingertips of my left hand about one centimeter above my laptop sensor pad.
i don't think it's demunzz, but maybe the electrical field of my body interacting in some way.. if any part of my body is touching the computer it doesn't happen.
i can also make my face tingle when i hold my right hand over my head about five inches above where my soft spot was as a baby.. i often get electrical shocks from the fittings in department stores.. any theories - has anyone else found this??.

I posted a similar thought earlier today. It was Richies thread about dub gettin' beatings. I totally agree, you can not expect a child to still completely still and silent for 2 hours a meeting!!!!! My mom would make the comment every time time a child "acted up", she would say, "the parents just aren't training him/her right." BS!! Let the children be children.

This has been a thorn in my side for a loooong time. But first to answer Richie's question, yes. My old hall had a boiler room in the basement. Parents loved this room, no lie, because the sound of the furnace would drown out any crying going on in there, which I've done my fair share of. Mom loved the wooden spoon, don't leave home without it. But this goes into my next point, how should children act? What is normal? I've seen babies, 24 months and under being hauled off for "not behaving." They like to call it training. But it simply is not normal to expect a child or even a baby to sit in a chair, still for 2 hours. And a convention or assembly forget!! Let the kids be kids!!!
