i continue to puzzle over the future direction the watchtower is taking.

it seems very strange.. let's review: they are selling everything off in brooklyn, raking in huge sums from that real estate and building heavily in a fairly isolated part of upstate ny.. why?.

it may be classified as a country club (legally).

my guesstimate is $2k per sqm internal space, of which the proposed project is about 114,000 sq m + parking garage. I would say $250m will be in the zone.

if you're generally healthy and aged 17 and over you can donate blood.. apparently 96% of us rely on the 4% who do.. it is another milestone for me after leaving the cult.

i wrote it because other books seemed to focus on personal experiences (boring, irrelevant) or doctrinal discussion of why i should convert to some other religion (boring, irrelevant and insulting).

anyway, it's an ebook, it's free, and it's out today..

i thought of posting this on an ongoing thread regarding proof of noahs flood by poster *lost*, but i think a separate thread is needed.

this is why.. first my disclaimer.

this thread is a theory since so many people love the theory and so as not to hurt feelings and insult anyone, this is only a theory.. my personal observation is this, as long as you bash watchtower all is ok. as soon as you try to present any resemblance of christianity or any belief in the bible, such as the flood, you are personally bashed.

'the defendant was found guilty of two charges of indecency with a child and six of indecent assault after a trial.

Their barrister Richard Daniels said the men had a “duty to God” not to breach confidence.

He added: “Privileged communication between members of the congregation and ministers is an absolute right and duty and there is no power in law to breach such a confidence."

the Watchtower cannot in good conscience use this argument again in UK courts
