Dan, I think you underestimate the power of geekdom over the ladies...
I caught myself a geek, and he's the sexiest thing EVER.
Maybe it's all that talk about hard drives and software....
ok so i read in walter martin's the kingdom of the cults how he claims to use the following method to give a testimony to jehovah's witnesses who come to his door periodically, and frankly i find it a bit dubious, despite his claims that he has successfully done it many times.
he calls this method "subliminal seeding" (pg.
487-8) [a dubious title already]:.
I don't know that I'd have the guts to do something like this, but I certainly wouldn't consider it rude.
Especially not as rude as people coming to your house on a Saturday morning to tell you your beliefs are wrong and if you don't listen to their preaching you're going to die soon. If it's all about being pushy then turn-abouts fair play.
I guess it's just all in what your goal is. Personally I'm a fan of the pointed, "innocent" questions. The kind they can't answer without squirming. But that usually takes more than one visit to have the chance to pull many out.

couldn't help but notice that kitty had been df'd twice, can anyone in here beat that?.
matt
I was a perfect little daughter until I was a Senior in High School.
Did talks everyone oohed and aaahed over, did assembly parts every year, was in a drama, pioneered during the summer etc etc etc.
Then I got yanked in the back and reprooved because my JW friend in High School was discovered to have a boyfriend, that she was only ever able to see at school. It was that whole "Knowledge of sin" thing.
A month later I was on a plane to Alaska to live with my DFd Mother who I had shunned the last 8 years. I became a Firefighter/EMT (I quit after having kiddos), married a wordly man and joined a great church.
According to them my life went down the toilet. According to me life couldn't be any better!

Mrs McD,
I just had to say.... You're such a sweetie pie!
But I'm not bubbly.... I'm Effervescent- There's a difference!!!
i'm asking this because i found myself in an bad spot monday night.
my daughter is almost three and goes to a little preschool thing each day.
they were to have a valentine's day party on tuesday, for which i was to bring fruit, etc.
YES!!! And the funny thing is... I love the holidays! All of them!
The worst thing is birthdays though... I've gotten myself in a crapload of trouble with those, and by DF'd relatives who should understand no less. I use Outlook for my email though- I've learned to set popups to remind me.
due to a power outage, only one paramedic.
> responded to the call.
> very dark, so the paramedic asked kathleen,.
LOL that was pretty funny!
The first time I witnessed a birth I was around 8 years old. It was an awesome thing to see.

This is probably the best video I've watched in my entire life. I'm still laughing...
I can't believe the smile on this guys face when the door was answered... maybe described better as a smirk? haha! Joke was on him!
The cameraman is my new hero!
not drugs
not even sex.
hell, it could of even been my cosmo magazine that comes every month.
Shame on you for trying to improve your mind and make something of yourself!
Now put on some panty hose and sit there quietly while the good brothers tell us how we can think and believe.
I've never believed in people being demonized... but the look in her eyes....
I'm a Christian and she would scare the crap out of me... I really felt sorry for her poor family standing there getting screamed at while they're holding balloons and presents for her. And the little baby girl... too sad for words.
