  WatchTower Literature on CD Rom?

  i am a newbie here and was wondering if anyone new if a cd rom is availible for jw literature from 1917 to 1949?.

  any ideas?

  i have the 1995 cd which covers 1950 to 1995, and i have the berean bible studies cd which covers.

  it's interesting that they have disfellowshipped him (and them) now.. bill is appealing to be reinstated, right?

  and he also has plans for a very public protest march in the very near future.. can't you see them putting him between a rock and a hard place by dangling his reinstatement over his cancelling the protest?.

  I agree rocky 100%. I have heard that there are a lot of people that are going to participate in the march. If you are one of them, I would go along with the plan regardless of the outcome. Show your strength and beliefs. This kind of coverage is just what the WT does not want.

  Bill, I hope that you can participate in the march as well. I know of at least two people that are anxious to meet you in person. We are supporting you and your efforts to the end.

  i would like to share a story with you about a childhood friend i had.

  she had been sexually abused from the time she was 3 years old up to age 14.

  when she became an adult she had a hard time functioning in society.

  Car Wars

  today i had my jeep towed into the shop..i dreaded the ride in with the driver (im extremly shy).

  but we ended up haveing a great conversation about what vehicle i should buy next.. what a perfect person to ask cuz of his job.

  he said "dont get another jeep they roll too easy and they catch on fire.".

  I have a 2002 Suzuki XL-7 which I like so far. Have had it about 5 months. The only thing I don't like is that it bouces a little when you hit a bump in the road. Other than that it is a good SUV.

  I also have a 1984 Toyota P.O.S. Celica. Can't say much for this one except that I will sell it to the person that puts $500 in my hand.

  i am going through the process of disassociating myself.

  as usual people are talking, some are rumoring me an "athiest" my brother thinks satan has me.

  it's crazy, just because i don't believe the jw's and want to leave, everyone is all over me.

  Just do what you think is right. As long as you feel good about what you are doing and you think it is right then it doesn't matter what everybody else thinks. There is no sense in making others happy if you are miserable.

  hello.. after lurking around for some time decided to join.

  i've been df for 32 years...and glad for it.. i'd pretty much laid the jw stuff to rest until last year when my older sister, after years of absence from my life, made comment to me about "struggling with the truth.

  i've been posting for a little over a month and i honestly feel that my transition from "nominal jw" into the "real world" would not have been as smooth (or fun) were it not for this forum!

  i clicked on the tiny, credit card logo on the top right corner and made a small contribution to help our friend simon with the monthly maintenance of this forum.

  i will try to remember to contribute something every moth at least, as my circumstances allow.

  I think I am going to piggy back on your idea of a contribution every month. I am new here but my wife has been here for sometime now.   Is this number really wrong? 23720

  That number is about 23,720 higher than it should be. Very sad statitic.
