we regret the abuse of young children whether inside outside god's organization.
but marching against jehovah is not the answer to these problems.
those who oppose god will never suceed.

george bush took advantage of your fears of 'big government' to get into office.... ...so are the democrats proponents of 'big government'?
do they love in-your-face politics?
do they want to give all of your hard-earned money away to good-for-nothing slobs?.

I find the words of a man, know as one of the wisest men to ever live, very interesting
Ecclesiastes 10:2
2 The heart of the wise inclines to the right,Borgfree
but the heart of the fool to the left.
Larc,
I am very sorry that this has happened to Zazu. As you know, I live in Greenville, only about an hours drive, if I can be of help in any way please let me know.

i was just wondering, do you procrastinate?
well, i was going to write about this 6 months ago, and i finally got around to it.
yes, i procrastinate all the time.
Larc,
I have thought about it a lot, when I have had the time, and, I am convinced that I do not procrastinate. If I change my mind I will get back to you later, maybe.

my family was playing around the other day, humming different songs from tv shows and getting the other one to guess what show it was.
then we asked what song best describes you.. my family agreed, mine would be ghetto girl, by little bow wow.
lol.
"Bornfree" ....just kidding...copying Ruby Tuesday.
Most of my family would probably say "Bad To The Bone" would fit me.

i'm being flown out next week for a final interview and a tremendous job opportunity.
but before i sell the house and move - i was just wondering how many of you are out there and your opinions of the area (i will need some new good association).
also, i'm from the wilds of ny - do you think i can adjust to ohio?
Sherri,
I left the witnesses before your ex-husband came to Greenville. I am told he married an elders daughter in Greenville. I have heard he is well liked. I know someone here who may post, and can tell you more about him.
I know a lady from Tipp City who is now an ex-jw, her son is also an ex-jw. Their last name was Williams, she has re-married.
If you know them I would be glad to pass your e-mail on to Sybil, I know she would be happy to e-mail you. I believe it was your old KH in Tipp City that someone drove a car into, a year or two ago. The driver was unhappy for being dis-fellowshipped or something like that.
Did you ever know someone with the name Liggett from Muncie, Indiana or Gardiner from Richmond, Indiana or New Paris Ohio?
Jozb5,
There are some very nice ex-jws in Indianapolis, if you do not know anybody there I will be glad to put you in touch with them.

Hi Sherri,
Sorry about the e-mail, I had it off for a while but it should be working now. I am leaving for work and do not have much time, I will reply more from work.

... not because he supports action regarding iraq, for that is a debatable issue.
rather, it is because tony blair has proven to be a stand-up statesman who has been able to work well with two very different us administrations, clinton then bush ... while keeping his own moral clarity and vision.
if tony blair represents the majority of british sentiments, then the usa can thank its lucky stars as having such a close friend and ally ... and americans need to better appreciate our british brethern.
For those who want to assign wrong motives to George W. Bush,
"If Saddam Hussein fails to comply and we fail to act or we take some ambiguous third route, which gives him yet more opportunities to develop his program of weapons of mass destruction and continue to press for the release of sanctions and ignore the commitments he's made? Well, he will conclude that the international community's lost its will. He will then conclude that he can go right on doing more to build an arsenal of devastating destruction. If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow. The stakes could not be higher. Some way, someday, I guarantee you he'll use the arsenal." Bill Clinton - 1998Borgfree
pomegranate,
I do not remember if these scriptures have been quoted earlier in this thread or not, but, I will quote them here in a effort to show you that the bible says we can KNOW we have eternal life.
1 John 5:13
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
John 20:31Borgfree
But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
