Hi. Just popping in with an observation Id like to share and any feedback Thanx.
by chrisjoel ini really havent been on here in a while, but recently a coworker, who i respect, told me of an "incident" that happened that i really cant explain..so for the hel lof it ..thought id share :).
for clarity here some background on my friend/coworker:he is a siek indian, the type that wear a turbin/bushy beard, very sensitive as to being "brown" in an agressive way ie: not the type to take any crap from anyone..., very smart, anyways he is about to get married now, but, 3 yrs ago in his dorm room at the university of windsor in ont canada his roommate left for the evening.
he takes a shower, then goes to the mirror to shave and says from the corner of his eye he sees a flash of "something" go by him very quckly/ faintly.

Personally those who do not believe that there is an after life are either numb, brainwashed or scared. I have witnessed several ghost in my life and have been touched. I do believe in demons but there are also spirits of the dead. Demons harm you in many ways, spirits are just there and have no intentions to harm anyone.
I am a paranormal investigator, our team is called RPI & Shasta paranormal. We did a investigation a couple of weeks ago and got a EVP (electronic voice phenomena. I believe that if a person has a fear of the unknown like spirits then they will not show themselves. You can do some research online and there are some pretty compelling videos and photos of ghost. Some are fake and some are very real.
If you are ever in Northern California look me up and you can go on a ghost hunt with us....

How did your Jehovah`s WItness Family treat you, when you no longer wanted to participate as a Jehovah`s Witness?
by OUTLAW inwhen we leave the wbt$ religious cult "jehovah`s witness`s"..the wbt$ encourages our familys to have little,or nothing to do with us..........our own jehovah`s witness parents will do exactly as the wbt$ commands..mine did.......my jehovah`s witness parents told other jehovah`s witness`s,"i hated all jehovah`s witness`s"..not true..i just did`nt like the religion..i had no problem with most individual jw`s.............................how did your jehovah`s witness family treat you, when you no longer wanted to participate as a jehovah`s witness?...........................................................................outlaw.

You don't want to know, I do not think that any other family would do what mine did to me. It was about the lowest act that anyone could ever do to a person. And they call themselves people of God ? What a joke ! The God I know would never tolerate the actions that most of these religious freaks do.

Have you ever done any research on this issue of the spirit world ? Seriously there are many videos and photgraphs online for free that you can look at. Have you ever watched any of the ghost investigators shows on the TV ? Laugh if you must but I have seen some very compelling evidence. Not to mention having seen several spirits myself.
Just not too long ago a a friend of mine and Gumby's ( I don't know if you know who Gumby is but he is a long time member of JWD) died. What happened was this. It was a Monday night and I was in bed watching some tv and I heard some shuffling and then several slaps like skin being slapped. I sat up in bed and I said out loud that I knew there was someone there and suddenly I got a very cold chill as if I was standing naked in a Wyoming winter ( they are hell) .. Tuesday mourning I told my son who lives with me that we had a visitor here last night and it was not an earthly one either. He asked me who it was and I said I don't know but it was really trying to get my attention. Wednsday Gumby calls me to tell me that our friend Scott had passed away Monday night ! It was really weird how it all worked and I know it was my friend Scott trying to tell me he needed help but I was not capable of hearing him or seeing him but I did hear him slap what I think were his hands.
Now that may not be solid evidence as there is nothing recorded but rather just my word and my sons word and Gumby's word.
Anyway research some things online and I think you might find yourself thinking differently.
Peace

It's ok to be skeptical, especially if you have never seen a ghost. I have and later found out who the ghost was and why and where they died. It has been a very interesting experience for me so far. I have collected some EVP's and a couple of pics I will post just as soon as I get copyrights. Anyway thanks for your replies, even the skeptics. Some day you may have your own experiences and then you will think twice. LOL

Yes I gone and did it I am now a full time ghost hunter. I started my own service but while looking for haunted places another Ghost Investigating service wrote me and asked if I would like to join their group. Well of course I said hell Yeah ! Anyway I have done several investigations so far and we are going to Alcatraz this summer.
Please go to my myspace site and if you want ask to be on my friends list and just let me know that you are from JWD. I hope to see some friends there....
The site is small for the moment but will soon be adding some EVP's (electronic voice recordings) and photos and videos too. Anyway just wanted to share with some friends here at JWD. Take good care and God Bless.

should Elders be held resposible......................
by KAYTEE inshould elders be held financially responsible for actions and decisions that they get wrong?
in my very last congregation we needed some form of heating, in the body of elders there was no air condition expertise at all.. this did not stop them buying a 3,500 unit for this purpose, there was at the time two refrigeration engineers in the hall (myself and another), we were not approached for our input into this purchase.. the outcome was as usual a complete white elephant, it did not work.
3,500 pounds lost.

Sunday School Teacher Indicted for Murder and Rape - Still Lots of ?????
by flipper inas some of you may have heard about the tragic rape and death of an 8 year old sandra cantu here in california in the town of tracy - there are still a lot of unanswered questions which beg to be answered and indeed the young girl's brutal murder cries out for an answer.. in case you missed it, to sum up briefly this young girl went missing from her mobile home park the end of march and for about 10 days the police and volunteers put on a massive manhunt .
then finally after 10 days some farmworkers found sandra's body in a suitcase in an irrigation pond only about 2 miles from her home.
search warrants were put out and neighbors were questioned including a baptist minister , his wife, and his 28 year old grandaughter melissa huckaby whose 5 year old daughter played with sandra all the time.

There is a pentecostal church on my block. The preacher who is in his 70's has been charged with the molestation of at least 30 children over a 20 year period. Just because they are involved in church or even a pastor does not make them above crimes such as these. All I can say is never leave your children alone with anyone, unless you are sure which is no guarantee. I think it is very pathetic that as parents we cannot trust our parishioners.
