Antibiotics and modern meds have made us far too apathetic about infection. In a few years antibiotics will not work and millions, or even billions will die of simple infections. We are all free citizens like that nurse - but with freedom also comes duty and responsibility.

The quote of Rutherfraud contains LOOOONG sentences. Most people now cannot retain the meaning of a sentence longer than ten words. If a word of three or more syllables appears near the beginning of a sentence, everything after is generally read by a brain on overload, and dumped.

The Babble Comics have to use shorter sentences and simpler vocabulary to appeal to the ignorant gofors the Borg is trying to suck in.

And the Comics are now written by ignoramuses, with no depth of reading, education, or life experience themselves. Most went to Beth Hell as kids, and never grew up. The GB are a bunch of dust farting reptiles who butt- kissed their way to the top, not by their knowledge or education. THEY prolly have a hard time understanding it. That's why the new "God's Kingdumb" book offers no cogent reasoning on anything.

I remember the one or two going outside for a smoke in the early 70s before the 73 Witchtower that banned it as spiritism.

The video is a highly distilled taster. After that you need to do some homework.

Sadly many Christians - especially jdubs want somebody else to do their thinking for them, and that means letting ignorant old men, who went to Beth hell and cannot even think clearly themselves, decide that what they dont understand or know about is a lot of shite. But then so is most of what the religious press excretes faithfully.

New Article on BEARDS and Attire of Jehovah's Witnesses

i have had requests to add an article about beards and jehovah's witnesses.

it is interesting that there is virtually no statement that says a witness cannot have a beard, yet universally they do not have beards.

i have scoured quotes from all the threads on jwn, all references to beard on the cd watchtower library, and copies of elders letters that i have.

it is hilarious that in an earlier article scriptures were used to explain why we know Jesus didnt have a beard. Later the same scriptures were used to show why jesus had a beard.

This whole issue is as ridiculous as that of the Alpha and Omega - in 1976(??) it jumped from Jehovah to Jesus and back and forth for several months.

"Life Everlasting in the Freedumb of sons of God" printed a chronological chart (p36 I think) saying that in 2975 the end of Christ's millennium would happen. Tying this in with other statements in the book, it became impossible to dismiss 1975 as mere speculation, even though they admittedly never said Armageddon will come that year. They never siad Armageddon will come in 1914, but they did say the battle of Armageddon will end in 1914 - with all that implies.

Words like - evidently, apparently, logically, reasonably, appropriate are all cues for the gofors to swallow the particular piece of crap the Slave excretes..
