i changed my job four weeks ago.. i work for the same company but have just taken up a position at another site which, i hoped would allow promotion and prgression within the business.. but i am hating it!

i feel like i walked into chaos!, thats the only way i can describe it!

Try it for 4 months, and really try it. Then if its still not your thing ... go and apply for another job. But you need to stick it out for that period at least, otherwise it would look really bad on your resume

And hey, it's only been 4 weeks, you are still in the *getting to know eachother* phase and conquering your own place in the team. It might just get better

come to find out, it is from evidently who has been signed up on the board for over a year but has never posted.

this guy used to be an old boss of mine from way back when - i'd say around 12 years ago or so.

usually, i enjoyed the public talk, if the speaker was good but i thought the theocratic ministry was boring!!!.

the service meeting was just a sales meeting.

the book studies were simply ridiculous.

Oh I liked the public speach the most. My mother and I would comment on the speaker, and that was mostly great fun for the both of us, since we both arrogantly think to be more intelligent than the speaker.

And the wT gave me the opportunity to give the smart-ass answers. My contempt for the simple mindedness was mostly quite clear (at least to those who knew me).

And the School meeting. Ohw how it Annoyed me that we women, some way better public speakers that the brothers, had to talk to another woman so that we would not grieve the male-chauvinistic pig-paul.

we're in the middle of a little windstorm here (portland, or).

not much of one, really, compared to some of the others i've experienced here.. about 11 p.m. bikerchic and i heard something hit the house, and there was a pretty good thud on the ground.

i thought that it was probably just a big branch, but bikerchic came running in and said: "did you hear that?

Donations for literature I would spend at Mc Donald's!!! Sorry!!!

in my last 2 years in field service in australia tax laws meant we could no longer offer publications for money or directly ask for a donation.

if the householder asks, we would explain our voluntry work was paid for by donations.

i was suprised how many people would give you $10 or $20 dollars thinking it's going to some good cause....however, i would go and buy some lunch at mc donald's.
