  New Film game -- guess the film from the line

  here is how it works -- i will start -- i am going to give a line from a film -- the person who replies has to guess the film and then they have to give a new line from any film they choose - and the next person has to guess that film and then they post a line i will start.

  i was highly disappointed in volume 1 but they had to do what they did in it to make this one.

  even i am pretty shocked at this one... .

  my daughter who is 20 years old and df'd for about 2 years now is attending meetings again.

  but yesterday she tells me that she didn't feel like going to the meeting and that her mom probably wouldn't even know that she wasn't there.

  My relative was told that not only did she need to be sitting in the back, but also not to come into the KH until right before the song begins, leave immediately,

  AND, ... AFTER FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS,

  SHE WAS COUNSELED - " NOT TO BE LOOKING SO HAPPY OR SMILE AT ANYONE!!"

  Marrying a non-believer?

  i am currently dating a jehovas-witness, and have been for a while.

  we have talked about marriage, but a lot of what i hear and read is that for her to marry a non-believer is frowned upon by others in the religion.

  i am a non-believer of any religion.

  .....after 25 yrs. and surviving that "mixed marriage" which did include conversion of hubby,

  we are BOTH UP AND RUNNING at this moment along with our kids!

  My husband would say," been there, done that"

  . Fortunately, for us it worked out, but we would NEVER recommend it to anyone, unless you are game for conversion and realize the extent to which you would then become a different person - you are required to put on a NEW PERSONALITY, and you may find it doesn't really suit you eventually..

  Although if she has dated you, and is even considering marrying an unbeliever - there is an outside chance that she doesn't put her full trust in the organization that she is a part of. The religion is a "WAY OF LIFE" , not just a go to church on Xmas and Easter deal - I would fully discuss this matter and see where she stands NOW, not later.

  that's right - he's been needing a haircut and laughingly said as we parted ways to go to our respective salons, "mom, we seem to basically have the same hairstyle right now.

  " lol!

  it was true - we both needed a new "do".

  Even the DMV clerk is a JW..

  i go to get my drivers license renewed today and wouldn't you know.. a jw waited on me.. she was looking at my address and saying about how the assembly hall is right there... yada yada yada.. i paused for a second wondering if i should pretend to be a jw still.. i mean i needed my license.. and i was a little concerned she was going to push for proof of insurance (which i forgot to bring with me).. so i wanted to be on her good side.. then it dawned on me.....i had checked the box about registering to vote.......

  exnay on the pretending to be a jw still..

  then i thought i could say my mom was a jw.. a pioneer even..
