I was disapointed in some of the character changes. I think the show has a chance of being good if one can stop comparing it with the nostaligic memory of the old one.

by seven006 inevery so often i get a phone call from jt and i thoroughly enjoy our conversations.
no only do i learn a little more about the inner workings of bethel, we also end up laughing to the level of blowing snot out of our noses.
one of the topics that we discussed this time was the inability of farmers, short order cooks, and retired janitors disguised as elders that try to use their breakfast cereal box psychology to fix complex marital problems of their flock.

This poll at any rate is not very reliable. It does not take into account those people who have jobs and are too busy to be on the internet at all, or who haven't yet found JWD. It would not be uncommon for someone who is out of work to be spending time on the computer because they have more time to do so.
I also think that statement that it is regarding Apostates being unemployed deceiving. I think you could go to about any kind of discussion board and find the similiar responses. Not to mention it takes into account calling everyone who posted an apostate. Just because we post here does not necessarily mean we consider ourself one.

The good old watchtower has used a strobe light when issuing new light on gods desires on this one.
When the old guard is running things oral sex is out. When a few of the younger upstart royalty moves up in power they like to think they have god blessing wile their wives are threading their needles. If any of their pain in the ass wives ran things, nudity would be banned.oh yeah? you mean if you have more liberal elders you aren't in trouble for oral sex? hmmm.. I did note that they leaned not so strict in recent years articles, however I thought that if you asked "permission" to have it, you were still told no..
Not sure how to comment on your last sentence though.. I can't imagine they are all like that? Course I would never have made it to being an elder's wife either....
