  South Beach Diet

  i am going to give this diet a go, after the new year.

  i've been reading the book (i bought it yesterday) and it makes a lot of sense to me.

  princess' husband did this program a couple of months ago and lost a lot of weight, and brought his cholesterol down too.

  I've been seriously considering this diet too. Didn't someone just post about being on it here and losing on it a couple weeks ago?

  What is the biggest difference between this one and Atkins? I found I didn't lose with the Atkins for some reason.

  the announcement is read as if you have made the decision to disassociate, and everyone believes you wrote the letter too.

  once again, it's all about control. They can do anything they want with us include lie and say we disassociated when officially we might not have. So they can DA you or DF you at will.

  I hate that. I want my life back.

  Well I have a healthy recognition of aging and death now, that I don't think I'll live forever on earth. Not sure exactly if it is fear though. I just feel like there is only precious time in the here and now, since I don't know what happens after we die.. To die itself does not scare me. It never has. Aging, I refuse to recognise.

  Secret Santa II......

  i've just read in another thread that due to circumstances the secret santa for this year hasn't been able to happen, so i want to try and organise another one!.

  according to the lady at the post office, the closing date for international mail to be delivered before xmas is this week, but for post on the same continent we still have a few weeks so i'll try and take that into account so everyone can have their prezzy before christmas day.

  if everyone who wants to join in can pm or email me at [email protected] with their details before 12noon sunday 30th november(uk time), i'll try and get the details back to you by sunday night.

  this isn't an obsolete thread. It is new and the letter is new that the post was written about. Maybe they are classed differently now,

  the first cousin that sent me the e-mail that i posted here died yesterday.

  also a classmate of mine died yesterday and my wife's best friend from work died last month.

  my friend from my youth, not a jw, called and told my wife about my cousins death.
