Given that it is a group who believe that Revelation prophecies were fulfilled by giving a talk at a Cedar Point, Ohio Conventions*, I guess it doesn't take much for delusional minds to make something over any trivial thing.Ah, yes...that mystical number 7 rears its head yet again. Let us see further: the 13th of Nisan back there when the Lord was crucified occurred on Friday. You look at the calendar and you will find the 21st day of June in the year 1918 came upon a Friday.

they came back with fruit so large it had to be carried on a branch by 2 men.. from this, dubs believe they are going to have strawberries the size of king king's skull when they get to their own promised land (the new system).

Ah...Petra. I didn't 'get' that the first time I posted! You have great hair. :)
I am looking forward to what Atlantis digs up on Canadian BOEs. There is not much publicity here in Canada about current court cases, and I have been curious what the judicial climate looks like up in the 'King of the North' country.
So, the BOEs for Canada are different than elsewhere? I would think that they must reflect the difference in existing Canadian laws from the laws in the States concerning mandatory reporting.

All Seeing Eye on WBTS Video!
by Alan Forbes ini was on the jw.org website today and decided to watch a video entitled 'respect jehovah's authority'.
to my surprise approximately 3mins 25secs into the video, as the opening title began to fade, a symbol of the all seeing eye (eye of horus) appeared on the screen.
the scene was not set in egypt, but in a hebrew tent in the wilderness where praise was being sung to jehovah!!

Perhaps the messiahs face in burnt toast?The answer to all of your questions is "yes". I do see images and patterns in forms, color, lines and shapes in apparently random objects. A lot of people do. It is the way a human being's seeing apparatus works - a combination of "camera"/eye and brain.
The question being addressed here is not whether some people have the apparatus tuned to "see" these images or not, the question is whether or not these images have been inserted intentionally.
I am a practising artist. My opinion on whether or not there are deliberately inserted images in the watchtower propaganda is unequivocally "Yes".
I didn't 'get' the eye in the video that was posted - I had a hard time seeing it. But, regardless, I would be very surprised if embedded images and such visual devices weren't used in videos by those making the WTS propaganda.
I have made videos back in the pre-digital day. And, the use of embedded images and sound was a common occurrence in video art then - if I were still making video art, I would unquestionably be using imbedded and subliminal images in my videos. I see no reason why any other artist wouldn't also consider it. And, because the Watchtower's videos are produced by artists for propaganda material, it makes it even more likely that such visual devises are being used.
Inserting subliminal images into artwork and embedding images into video is ridiculously easy - any decent artist can do it. Many do it deliberately, myself included.

a jw street preacher incited his fellow citizens to riot against him by insulting everything they held dear: their god, their religion, their government, and their flag.. (that doesn't surprise you, does it?:).

Good post, Terry.I read a SCOTUS judgement, in another court case...maybe the same one..., that basically said that "a person's right to free speech ends at another person's rights".
Freedom of Speech is not a blanket right and the historic JW court cases have much to do with current law. Covington sent many of the early JWs on legal journeys that targeted the SCOTUS for rulings that were quite significant.
