  since covid, our lives have all been affected.

  do you think people will ever get back to normal, pre-covid?

  are masks, vaccinations and social distancing the “new normal “?.

  The fact that front line health workers, and many more that are seen as more lowly, are in fact the most important people in Society, and should be payed accordingly - front line health staff have had a 1% pay rise at a time when other public sector staff have had a pay freeze, and many private sector staff have lost their jobs. Let's put it in perspective, please.

  Minor things, like, working from Home is possible for so many, the daily commute unnecessary - this isn't minor. Many small and big businesses are reliant on the daily commute.

  How Capitalism in a largely unregulated form does not work for anyone but the 1% - it's thanks to capitalist profit that the UK has ordered so many vaccine doses, with half of all adults now protected from the disease.

  Capitalism is saving lives in the UK, whereas EU ideology is leading to many unnecessary deaths on the continent.

  By all means criticise capitalism's faults, but let's praise the good stuff capitalism does for everyone.

  i was just reading how a guy on the net was saying he was attracted to some black women like halle berry but serena or gayle king not at all.

  he was expressing his opinion.

  anyway, he quickly got fired and he profusely apologized for what he said and has asked for help from the naacp and the mayor’s office to learn to do better.

  Not on this forum, because it's a good place for free speech and open discussion. Long may it stay that way.

  I do check myself slightly on FaceBook because potential employers may check what I post. Although, I have had a few FB posts blocked. <--- Social media giants are attacking free speech, sadly.

  I don't know what to think about life after death.

  The one life I have that I know is real is right now, as a human being.

  I'm trying to live a good life and do my best NOW. I'll find out if life after death is real or nonsense on my death bed, hopefully many years away.

  Let people do what they want when they reach the age of consent (16 in UK).

  For adults, it's their body, their choice - doesn't matter what I think of it.

  But the trans activists must stop targeting and grooming children (underage persons).

  It's f**king sick. Normal people should call the police to stop this shit going on.

  i just watched the oprah interview.

  i know that many view them with little interest as just entitled wastes of space and i get that.. however, the description of how they were "trapped" and silenced and forced into perpetuating the system with little or no personal freedom rang bells for me.

  they are effectively shunned, estranged and disparaged by their family and cut off from support.

  When Trump was President, there was much howling and outrage over 'concentration camps'.

  Under Biden, there are more children than ever in these camps, and yet the outrage has died down a lot.

  Colorado Mass Shooting

  terrible news out of colorado this morning of a mass shooting in a supermarket leaving 10 dead.. missing from the homepage of cnn is any description of the shooter.

  that's because it's a muslim refugee from syria who was apparently anti-trump and not a "maga white guy" which would otherwise be included in every headline.. more kids in cages than ever before (but strangely, now no one in the media seems to care) and now this.. biden doesn't have the magic wand he promised after all, right?.
