There is a tribe in Vanuatu who worship Prince Philip as a deity.
They are now debating whether or not to start worshiping his eldest son, Prince Charles.

New war - Russia vs US?
by LoveUniHateExams ini've read a couple of articles recently about the situation developing in ukraine.. in 2014 putin sent russian troops into crimea and annexed this area.
crimea has either an ethnic russian majority or a substantial russian minority.. there's also an area of eastern ukraine called donbass which, again, either has a large number of ethnic russians or a huge amount of pro-moscow rebels.. so, vladimir putin is currently sending tanks, jeeps, guns and soldiers to eastern ukraine, and ukrainian president volodymyr zelensky is also fortifying adjacent areas with ukrainian troops and military hardware.. nato and biden support ukraine and biden has apparently sent two us warships to the region.. where is this all going?
where is the eu in all this?.

Putin's a real SOB who has warned America 'for its own good' to butt out.
Are we gonna have another war on our hands?

They don’t know how to express their anger??? Give me a break! That sentiment is ludicrous! - yeah, I kinda agree.
'If Chauvin doesn't get found guilty of all charges, I'm gonna riot and loot and destroy a whole lotta shit' - says some BLM guy living thousands of miles away in California or London, lol.

Why Do People Loot and Destroy When Someone Gets Shot? - only certain groups of people do this.
Certain people, meaning Marxists, race hustlers and other special interest groups.
Terrible things have happened in the world that have offended me greatly - such as those two Scandinavian women who were beheaded by Moroccan Jihadis a couple of years ago. But I never rioted or looted. I vented my anger here and I posted on Facebook, saying I hoped the Moroccan authorities put those men to death, but that's it.
Most people (black, white or brown) are similar - they get offended, maybe have a bit of a rant, then move on with life.
We don't loot or riot.
Antifa and BLM can learn a lot from us.

Vaccine Passports: THIS Is Where It Leads
by Simon inthis is a good watch.. i agree with it 100% - the people pushing for everyone having to carry id are the ones that have shown over and over again that they can't be trusted with people's information.
the tech companies want it because they would be able to link online tracking and information logging with people's real-world activities.
the government wants it because they would have control over people and movement.. both should be chilling to anyone with half a brain.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uggvgke0n8o.

I often disagree with Russell Brand but he's pretty much spot-on here.
The idea of vaccine passports is ridiculous in a supposed free country such as the UK.
Also, UK MPs have recently voted to give the Government an extension to the emergency powers it currently has, all the way to the end of September … while Boris Johnson is telling the public about his 'road map' to freedom.
It shouldn't be difficult.
We have COVID vaccines - so after all the vulnerable groups of people have had their two shots, unlock the country again. I mean properly unlock. Back to normal - no mandatory facemasks, no big brother messages everywhere about social distancing, no vaccine passports. Sod the people who refused to have the vaccines - that's their problem. They should live or die depending on their own life choices. Risk cannot be eliminated entirely; there's always risks in life.
The government granted itself emergency powers - unprecedented in a supposed liberal democracy - which have totally wrecked the economy. And it doesn't seem like MPs and Chief Medical Officers want to relinquish those powers.
The great unwashed have been mostly obedient and patient on this matter but that patience has a limit. If Boris Johnson doesn't return us to normal life in June, as he promised he would, then I can see this situation leading to mass civil disobedience. It doesn't take a genius to work this out.
Homo sapiens is a social species and we have a natural need to express all the associated behaviours - hugging your grandparents, attending social events without social distancing crap, etc.

Derek Chauvin - The Right to a Fair Trial
by Simon inanyone following the derek chauvin trial?.
if you are actually following it, not just listening to the media, you will likely realize that there is a huge gap between what is going on in court and what is being reported in the media.. if the trial was fair, i think he should be acquitted.
there is plenty of reasonable doubt about the cause of death (his dealer doesn't want to testify because he could be guilty of 3rd degree murder for selling him a fatal amount of fentanyl) and even doubt over whether the officer even had his knee on the guys neck or did anything counter to what they were meant to do as per policy.. but is it fair?

Don't forget, the police probably here "I can't breathe", "you're breaking my arm" and 101 other variations of fake claims 24x7 - yes, good point. How many times do officers have to deal with suspects claiming these things, then struggling free, or whatever.
Bottom line - George Floyd refused to comply with the cops, so Chauvin and colleagues made him comply, in line with their authority as officers of the law. If Chauvin genuinely thought Floyd wasn't gonna comply that day, then this could have lead to him keeping his knee on Floyd.
It's telling that after all the claims that police should have to wear body cams, some people are now wanting it stopped - lol. This goes to show that the 'activists' just don't want to acknowledge the fact that citizens have responsibilities.
They want all the rights without the responsibilities. Well, sorry, but that's not how the real world works, or should work.
At the moment, things aren't looking too good for these people, or for the prosecution in this case.
Officers should keep wearing bodycams.

Here's another vid by Shapiro.
He's interviewing attorney Misty Marris, who's providing coverage of the trial.
The prosecution are bringing forth 3 charges:
1. Second degree murder
2. Third degree unintentional murder
3. Second degree manslaughter.
I think Chauvin will be acquitted on the first two charges, but found guilty on the manslaughter charge.
A poster made a point earlier in this thread that Chauvin could have stopped restraining Floyd after Floyd was handcuffed and lying on the floor. I think this is the only chance the prosecution have got with an unbiased jury, although Chauvin might even be acquitted of this charge.
Interesting …
