OK, so …
Cost of housing a healthy prisoner per annum: $22,000.
Cost of lethal dose used per prisoner: $17,000.
Death penalty is cheaper than prison.
do you support the death penalty or do you think the worst punishment should be incarceration?.

In Texas the cost of executing a prisoner is over $2,000,000. That is about 3 times the cost of housing a prisoner in a maximum security facility for 40 years - have you done the math right?
In Texas, is the cost of executing each prisoner really 'over $2,000,000' per prisoner? <------ show me your working out, please.
How much does it cost to incarcerate a prisoner every year?
i've just been watching a few youtube videos on exoplanets.. an exoplanet is a planet which orbits a star other than our sun.. and scientists have discovered dozens and dozens of different planets orbiting different stars.. this is pretty damn awesome ….

Here's an interesting video on the Trappist-1 system.
Trappist-1 is a red dwarf star about 40 light-years away from Earth.
There are seven planets which orbit this star, all of their orbits are much closer than Mercury's but because the star is cool and a dwarf, several of these exoplanets inhabit the 'Goldilocks Zone', and so may harbour life.
Interesting …
what is the most insensitive thing an overseer or elder has ever said and done to you?
i have had many insensitive things said to me by some elders, but for some reason one self-righteous elder was always on my case.
he didn't like the fact that i missed meetings, didn't like that i never went out in field service, that i didn't answer at the weekly meetings and he didn't like that i carried my books and magazines in my hands and not a service/book bag.
An elder dropped me off from the Thursday night meeting. I was 16 years old and baptised. We got talking about my mum, who still hadn't managed to quit smoking but came along to the meetings.
And this elder basically said the time left was reduced and I should basically forget about my mum. He didn't say 'forget about your mum, LUHE, because God will kill her at Armageddon' but that is what he implied.
Two years later, my mum had had a stroke and was in hospital, paralysed from the neck down. And this same elder turned to my dad, who was feeling a bit down, at the KH and said:
'You're not the only one with problems, you know'.
What an A-hole
a number of states are allowing people to not wear a mask.
some think this is disastrous!
what’s your view?.
however to suggest this is to distract from other vaccine efforts is laughable - have you been keeping up with comments made by senior EU members re COVID vaccination?
Macron initially doubted Astra-Zeneca's effectiveness on over-65 year olds, at the same time as the EU was furious with the UK because we Brits had approved the vaccines and placed orders early, of huge amounts of doses of this very vaccine.
Merkel then said she wouldn't take this jab because she's 66 - she claimed she was too old.
And what do we see? We see a slow uptake of the vaccine across EU countries, coupled with the EU still deliberating about vaccine approvals and placing sufficient orders in sufficient time … whilst also using new EU legislation to block doses which were ordered by Australia.
So, yeah, your comment is kinda right - the EU has been laughable.

@Justmemorph - there are no causal links between blood clots and the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.
The EU countries which are suspending this vaccine are likely doing this to distract from their own pathetic vaccine efforts.
Correlation doesn't equal causation.

since all the leftist idiots are trying to cancel films they don't like i am buying some dvds of my fav.
pi films.
my favorite top pick is animal house.
And here's yet another non-PC film I absolutely adore: Jackie Brown (1997), starring Pam Grier and Samuel L. Jackson.
Pam Grier in the title role is very good - every time I watch this film I fall in love with Jackie Brown.
Jackson's performance as a Compton gun smuggler is fantastic, with Quentin Tarantino's dialogue superbly delivered.
Of course, it's a Tarantino flick, so it's pretty much a given that Jackson's character will say the N-word and MF every 30 seconds or so. XD
Enjoy …
do you support the death penalty or do you think the worst punishment should be incarceration?.
I believe in capital punishment for certain crimes - the worst kind of serial killers, rapists and child rapists should really be executed.
If you commit those kind of crimes, you forfeit your right to live.
Of course, people who leave Islam or mock Muhammad should not be killed, or punished by the state in any way.
I believe we in the UK should have capital punishment on the books even if we wouldn't use it - much in the same way US authorities often drop the death penalty in exchange for an admittance of guilt.
