i think we all have some time a weaker moment and miss the times we were regular witness.. to admit, i have some of these moments a year.. for these moments i have this point "i can't accect being part of.

a religious organisation that structural apeals child abuse cases".. then i'm finished with the moment.. the path is narrow.. g.. .

The whole organization is a big lie, a fraud to me.

And I don't like liars.

From the secretive money trails, the manipulative publications, the protection of child molesters, and exploitation of congregation members this religion is just a big fraud IMHO. I would love to get my hands on their accounting and do a forensic investigation.

the social structure in the congregation is more complex than the blueprints of a nuclear warhead, but just so that you "remember your place", see if you can find where your niche was/is:.

1. at the top of the social order of things within the congregation is of course, the presiding overseer and his family.

Interesting thread. I was only attending regularly for about a year. My husband and I must have left a good impression because elders were offering up their wives to study with me, and my husband had a few studies with an elder. My husband is buddies with the elders even though I don't attend anymore. When I did, I was invited to dinners, lunch, etc. But didn't realize right away they were the elders wives etc. Oh, this just reminded me, one of the elders wives told me i was sexy lol. But I am a solid 8 now. As soon as I started asking questions that showed my independent spirit and education the calls stopped.

I have almost gone to a meeting out of curiosity...to see if I am shunned. If they shun me my husband may react, but if they don't he will try to get me to keep going.

if you haven't yet read it...please do so..... it is so ridiculous!

so leading, so distorted, and full of "bait and switch" techniques.. "prove you have the truth"..by seeing how neutral witnesses were in war times?

Local Newspaper Printing Molestation Letter Written by AKA Jeff

hello folks.

as you might have been aware, about a month ago after the catholic abuse settlements were made public aka jeff composed a great letter to the editor example to send to our newspapers if we wanted to use it.

i was so impressed by his letter decrying the witnesses hypocrisy in condemning the catholics but not admitting their own fault, that i submitted it to a local newspaper in a county near sacramento , california which has a good amount of readers from lake tahoe to sacramento.

Thank you for bringing this back. Perhaps all of us can tweak the letter for the newer cases and send it in to various newspapers across the country?

Just talked to Witnesses at my door for Hour about Watchtower Child Abuse

it happened again like in july when i talked to an elder and his wife about child abuse, but this time i got a hold of rank and file members who fortunately i was able to play like a fiddle as they had no idea what they were up against here.

so brother middle age ex-hippie convert ( as he told me later ) and sister middle age hair in a bun offered me the awake on death or our view of death.

i graciously accepted gaining their trust saying yes, i had close loved ones who had died over the years but didn't know if i believed in a resurrection or hereafter.

unlike most nano's i'm going to try to finish a novel instead of starting it, but the basic goal - writing 50,000 words in 30 days - remains the same.

i have about half of a science fiction/military action novel i've been fooling around with for about a year.

i'm going to finish the thing and try hard to get something published.

If he wasn't breaking any laws, then good for him! These elders behave as they do because the congregation puts up with it. Very amusing how quickly the elder ran to court over this. Like handing out pamphlets at grave yards or even emergency rooms isn't harrassment. These people. Smh
