  my brother has been talking about the earth being flat and some big conspiracy going on to make people beieve otherwise.

  Now that’s what eating flatbread does to you...flat earth, flathead,flat out stupid ,flat on your ass adamant that living in a flat proves that a globe is ...exactly...FLAT!!!! Now excuse me while I flatulate flattering flat air from the beer that was?....RIGHT AGAIN....absolutely!!!! FLAT!!!!

  JW Kids Bullying My Daughter

  trying not to type swearwords as i write this so bare with me.. my little 3yo attends meetings with her jw mum (who doesn't believe watchtower anymore but is stuck in because she relies on her family for help).

  my mum (the one who tells people im dead) had a party for her grandchildren.

  that's my 4 nieces and 1 nephew aged from 3yo-11yo.

  I'm effing livid at these effing b's. To do that to a child . What kind of religion teaches you to hate a 3 year old child? And the adults in that household? Every one of them is an effing criminal. My fervent hope is that sometime in the near future governments will recognize the danger to society the adherents to this cult pose and do a Russia on them . I hope so. I sincerely hope so.

  the governing body of jehovah's witnesses, known for its aggressive worldwide proselytizing efforts, stunned many of its 12-million members by declaring war this week on a los angeles denim and designer jeans organization that goes by the name “true religion.”.

  “as members of jehovah's one true religious faith we have no business of associating with any organization that claims to be jehovah's true religion!” a letter from the gb states.

  it was dated july 20.. in its opening salvo, the seven-member gb directed believers to not “shop at, buy, nor even wear” true religion's products.

  What's next?

  I get a sneaky feeling these moneygrabbers are going commercial soon. I mean the retail business like costumery, advertising, houskeeping, general merchandise etc.with brand names like " True Religion", as in COLD STEEL's satirical thread elsewhere.

  They need money. What better way to ensure the million odd dubs in the US and Canada spend all their money in future JW. Stores. And when the general public begin shopping _ well that's the icing on the bank account!

  Where is the proof?

  we all know that the governing body claim to be "god's representatives" and the "faithful and discreet slave" that dispenses spiritual food..... but where is the proof?.

  according to the bible (if we just for a moment take it as a reliable source), all of god's representatives in the past furnished proof of their appointment - not just self referential claims or statements.. for instance, moses and aaron performed miracles before pharaoh (such as the snake staffs.).

  other prophets performed signs and miracles such as making the sun stand still, healing sick people, making walls fall down, etc etc.... even jesus performed miracles as proof of his divine appointment!.
