It is powerful enough to force the WT to hand over documents. Something that WT has often failed to do. It has the power to deeply effect legislation and get it passed. Royal Commission took on Philip Morris " a very powerful cigarette company "... and compel them to remove all brand colours; to be replaced with drab olive green and horrid images.
