How far in advance of my leaving the room do my pups plan the mayhem they'll carry out when I'm gone? How do they strategize without my even realizing what's in the works?
If dogs only lick your face because they want to be fed, why do mine run up to me and lick my face furiously when I sing to them? (Are they trying to get me to shut up?)
I'm trying hard to take care of strays (2) in my barn, I want to catch them and have them fixed, if you know what I mean. They are so timid, they hide when I put food out, but how can I win their trust? I talk to them when I see them, I even gave them names: Scruffy, and Annie (I can tell she is a female) so can you all give me some ideas?
