We can be wrong with our opinions but we cannot be wrong with our facts.

We make many responsible decisions despite our feelings.

We go to work or school early in the morning even though we may not feel like doing so. This is not hypocrisy but responsibility.

What would you do if you see a train coming at you?

Do you say, "Let me feel first and then I will move aside," or do you simply step aside because you can see and visualize that you will be killed if you do not do so.

Likewise, we do not need to feel first in order to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, but we can see that we are in danger of being in hell if we are to die in our sins this very moment.

Hib lets put aside our thoughts about Jesus, just for a moment. Lets talk about us.

I must admit that I find your posts somewhat arousing. I can sense that you might feel the same way about me, too. Theres some sort of a connection between us.. between the lines. Perhaps we could explore our commonality further.

    What do you say?

Thanks Hib, this has been a great. You have proved beyond all doubt that religious people have no sense of humour AND are easy to bait.

Weve all just been having a little bit o fun with you hunny. I came to the door with my strap on (apparently). GBL opened his door in his debil costume. We were just trying to make you blush. We forgot - nothing makes religious people blush, they just keep quoting the scripture at ya until their batteries wind down.

But were bored now. Im off to throw stones at small children and pull the wings off flies. Hi diddly ho neighbour. (said in the style of Ned Flanders)

I do so have a sense of humor, and I will prove it! hahahahahhaha

I resemble being put in the same boat with Hibiscusfire.

Hibiscus, you did not respond to my last post. Did it get missed in the great flood of ridicule?

i stayed away from organized religion for a few years, but after my 3 yr. old grandaughter came to live with us i felt the need to teach her about God. found a great sunday school at a methodist church where folks accept me unconditionally. have chosen not to be a member of any religion though. feels like i'm being put into a box AGAIN. God is all around me.... GRACE.
