"I never wash my hands in that bathroom. My ass is cleaner than the sink there
Dan, that is one of the funniest things i have ever read. I have got to add that to my list of great come back remarks.

Y'know, this germ phobias a bit annoying. For one thing, most germs aren't even bad for you, some are even nutritious, like those found in yoghurt.
Hey, who knows, maybe if we washed our hands less we'd all have stronger immune systems.
And one more point, usually when men go to the washroom, they don't even have to touch external objects. What's really cool is going to the movie theatre where everything is motion sensored (toilets, urinals, hand dryers, and faucets).
Urine is sterile people. Did you know in survival situations urine is a good way of cleaning wounds?
If your knob is that dirty you need to wash your hands after touching it you should wash your knob more often! You'll get way more head that way too;
"For yay, the knob that is cheesy shall not be sucked, and the glans that stinketh shall not be licked, nor the hairy balls sucked."
(1 Fellatio 6:9)
If you pee ON your hands (how?) then a wash is fine (after all, it's sterile but it has a distinctive smell), as long as you don't have to touch anything (tap/drier/door handle). If you do have to touch anything you are just making yourself FEEL cleaner.
Personaly speaking I often sit to pee. This also means I can wipe excess piss off, rather than the 'shake and zip' which is as efficient a way of removing excess urine as it sounds, with smelly knob and underwear as a result.
I'd be far more impressed if someone washed their hands after blowing their nose; that is the No.1 transmission vector for most common communicable diseases.
It is interesting that scientists are speculating the massive increase in immune system-related disorders is caused by people living in an overly aseptic environment. If you grow up with a decent amount of dirt you cease to be vulnerable to any pathogens it might typically carry.
Washing your hands properly before preparing food is obviously sensible, as is making sure your hands are clean before eating handfood.
Maybe I am a bit obsessed with having clean hands
dh, maybe you are and maybe you aren't. I only know 3 things in response to all this!
1. I wouldn't ever hesitate to shake your hand or let you touch my grandchild or his belongings;
2. I wash my hands before and after and always use paper to open the stall door and new paper to open the restroom door to exit;
3. I get such a kick out of your comments on ANY thread about cleanness! You're a classic!
well for those of us who dont pee on our hands, whats the point, haha
I keep baby wipes by every toilet in the house. When I am done pinching a loaf, I wipe with toilet paper, then use a baby wipe, and then finish up with one more swipe of toilet paper to dry things up back there. If you try this, you will never go without baby wipes ever again. You may think you have done a good job wiping with toilet paper alone, butt you'll be surprised what you pick up with a swipe of your baby wipe!! -fin
I'm going out on a germ ridden lid here to admit that I don't always wash after peeing. Why? Well, I grew up as a hillbilly complete with an outhouse. We didn't even have running water at the kingdom hall (we did have seperate outhouses for men and women). I have also worked on construction sites for the last 25 years. There was never water around to wash your hands when exiting the porta potty.
You may find that disgusting and unhealthy but I haven't been sick in years. Seriously, I think the Ewwwww factor that most people feel is enough incentive for me to wash when there is a sink handy but if there isn't I will go on not give a second thought to eating my sushi without chopsticks.
It always seemed to me that those most concerned with germs, healthy food, and vitamin supplements were the suffered the most illnesses. Go figure.

I nominate this for stupidest question asked on this thread!
There are more germs on a twenty dollar bill than on a public toliet seat.
Wash after counting money
I get so mad at work when guys don't wash their hands, and sometimes it's not just after peeing if you know what I mean. The worst thing is I work in an office where we sit at a different cubicle each day and who knows what ickiness lurks on the keyboard and the mouse and everything. Ew!
