I overheared a radioprogram - I think 2 months ago.
They were interviewing some visitors of a disco who actually wanted (and already had done so) a chip in their upper arm. Not for identification or another "healthy" reason but to pay for the drinks.
Each chip was loaded with Euro 250,--
