I own my own business. There's no clear demarcation between my time and the company's time, and I multitask like crazy. So, maybe 80 hours per week? Which is not as bad as it sounds, as much of it is spent driving around my beautiful countryside listening to music.

I work 8 hours a day, Monday - Friday now. I used to work some weekends and that may happen again, I don't know.
But for years it's been 40 hours per week, except for when I worked "off the clock" which sometimes would add up to another 5-10 hours a week.
