Not yet but I have seen some friends of mine around my age group do some whacky/stupid things. So far I have not had the urge to go buy a Ferrari, get a tattoo or try skydiving yet. But who knows what the future holds for me.

Thank you, Abandoned for bringing this back to the top. It was probably the most helpful thread I ever was inspired to start. When you don't realize you're in the middle of one of these, it can make you very depressed. But to know others go through similar feelings and look backs and forwards is comforting.
By your forties you begin to truly understand the old cliche': This too shall pass. Because you've been through enough so many times that you figure out things do pass and if you're lucky, you survive.
