    At Work with Guardians : Guardians (SJs) are wired to seek belonging to a group or community. They often stabilize relationships and institutions through their responsible, conventional behavior. They make up about 45% of the population.

    At work, Guardians tend to be administrators and managers. They can be expert at doing what needs to be done, and in the manner is must be done.     Famous Healers

    Did you know that Dr. Albert Schweitzer and aviator Anne Lindbergh were both INFPs too? It's not so surprising when you think about it. Through his writings and his work in Africa, Dr. Schweitzer is known for being an advocate to the unfortunate who was greatly concerned with man's inhumanity to man. Through her writings, Anne Lindbergh showed herself to have a Healer's intense feelings and romantic spirit. It's also notable that she was also a very private person who took the time to nurture those close to her.

    What Each Letter Means

    i would never have quessed it, u are so organized and seem so professional (plus u can spell lol), whereas i worked as a xxxxxxxxx for many years, and had to fly by the seat of my pants, as they say when making decisons. But i always agonized when making decisons . U seem like the perfect legal secretay.Very organized and got it all together.

    My biggest fault is i tend to look too far into the future and worry abut things that may never happen. However, i will telll u, many of the things i worry about, do happen. which tends to make me very leary.

    Wednesday, I used to worry more but I am in recovery now. My husband slaps me down gently when I start down that road. There is a way to be toooo organized, anal retentive. I just plan for the things I worry about, thinking "what could I do?" Sometimes, nothing. I tend to imagine the worst thing, plan for that, and put it up on the shelf for future retrieval. As to having it all together, I just fake it till I make it.

    I took that other test, the advisor one, and it showed me it be in the Guardian group. with my ISFJ be one of them,So i guess the test are fairly accurate,. . However my work personality is often really different than at home.
