Anyhow, everytime the forum is down, I severely clean my computer.
Run all securityprograms I have.
optimalise my disk - empty all caches and hopes for the best.
Normaly next day everything looks normal again.
Not sure if that is due to my doing or Simon's......... -

I think you should set up a watchdog process on the server... it tries to connect to JWD every 10 seconds. If it can't for some reason, then it should automatically reboot the server. If it still doesn't work after that, it should format the hard drive and install Debian Linux.
