So many here I'd forgotten about. Karen Carpenter did have an amazing voice, an incredible range.

Roger Whittaker singing Dirty old Town. Yes and Andy Williams singling Home Loving Man. Omg now I feel ancient.

I love Katie Melua but hardly ever say so because everyone cringes when I do. I even like Nine Million Bicycles. Yup, afraid so!

Sorry for the last post. I use to listen to this song very loud when my folks were out of the house. I still love this group https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxzPRYCuMm0

@Blondie Rach2 is my favourite ever classical piece. I have lost count of the number of times I have listened to it, yet it still always makes me catch my breath. I heard it live in concert a couple of years ago and it was the most emotive, incredible experience. My husband treated me to a Rachmaninov Concerto No3 concert last year and that was also incredible.

That said, I love a bit of ABBA and Erasure

    Barry Manilow ...

I was switching between stations and heard a Barry Manilow song for a few seconds.

I'm embarrassed that I didn't pick up the radio and throw it through the window.

Well Simon, I must say that is the first time I heard Abba singing An Angel Passing Through My Room. I love Abba now, now so much in the 70's. Their music will last as long as there is recorded history, HOWEVER, you really should be embarrassed wanting to listen to that song. I am so happy that is the one and only time I will ever listen to it, HOWEVER, it does kinda remind me of When You Taught Me How To Dance, by Katie Melua, which I absolutely love.

I don't know what to think.

    Darn you Simon!
