If He did not rise, it means that His sacrifice for our sins was inadequate..Vh

    false logic.

Adam sinned, died for his sin, so we all die, he never was resurrected. Jesus died, so we are supposedly all live but don,t, so why would he have to be resurrected any more than Adam for that exchange to be valid?

really a botched up story, and: as a bodily resurrected, it really spoils your day walking through a masonry wall, rather than the more convenient door.

Just the attempt would show that you might be bodily resurrected, but marginalized spirit/mentally.

The Bible says that the wages of sin is death .

Lazarus died ,so he paid the penalty of death and was then free from Adams sin.

Lazarus was resurrected and was then without the sin of Adam hanging over his head.

So Lazarus should still be walking around among us .

So what does that tell us ?

    No...another WT error..

..the penalty for sin is eternal death.

Resurrection is merited by the cross.

Van: If Christ did not rise from the dead, His sacrifice for our sins was inadequate.

"false logic....Adam sinned, died for his sin, so we all die, he never was resurrected. Jesus died, so we are supposedly all live but don,t, so why would he have to be resurrected any more than Adam for that exchange to be valid?"

If Jesus had sinned, even once, His sacrifice would have been in vain (inadequate to save Adam or us from eternal death); The fact that He rose according to scripture, demonstrates his righteousness as well as our justification and mankind's right to a resurrection.

Resurrecting jesus is the least jehober could have done for him after letting his "only begotten" son die such a torturous death! IMHO! And if you believe in either personage!

    just saying!

In case anyone could forget, 1 Cor 15 is the prophetic guide to resurrection: who, when, how, and in which order ...

or his death as sinner would be merited, but, the waton quotation above in bold, does not assert that. It establishes, that the price (if really necessary for a non- existing debt*), would have been valid, whether the offering would be resurrected or not. It is after all the lost life, not the regained one, that is supposed to be so effective against the ravages of sins. so:

To really prove the point, Jesus should have been allowed to exist at least for 1000 years, without overlapping, because, according to the story, the first Adam lived nearly that long, dying short of a full [symbolic] day.

The idea that Christ, after paying the ransom, had to deliver it personally to the altar keeper, -really pushes the fancifulness of the whole script.
Ps: to be resurrected you have to die, by dying you pay the price for your sins, particularly involuntary ones! (and lets not forget you sin more** because of Adams sin/imperfection, for which you are supposed to never be held responsible). so:

*The flaws of all this runs deep, a fault line all the way to the story of the talking wolf ,--er-- snake.

** perfection obviously is not a barrier to sin , so imperfection no excuse either.

.the penalty for sin is eternal death. Vh. (bold added for emphasis)

No, eternal death is only incurred by one particular sin. and

when you are supposed to be spirit directed, and lost your way, and have to overlap, cover, hide your old tracks, you are obviously in for it, over your head.

not endorsing this particular "spirit" story, just commenting.

our justification and mankind's right to a resurrection.Vh.

from the wt doctrine view I can see the need for the ransom for those "Millions alive in 1919 that will never die", that were promised never have to make that down payment on their total escape from sin, --- those called the GC of OS, coming out of the GT;--- but really for all the others, it should be automatic, the likes of Chen-gis-Khan, Atilla the Hun/Hen, not anybody to worry about minor details like that.

If there is a "J" in the sky, and [if] there was, it would stand for "Joseph", the one that dissented, and saved all from starvation, Now that was a salvation! and getting a double portion.

Read the four accounts on the resurrection side by side and you will see that it could not have happened. That's it case closed.
