Those of the latter group could live into the 2050s,

    a) The last first group anointed dying in the mid 1990,

    b) second group baptized, anointed at 21 in the mid 1990s, , living into the early 100s. (possible with advancing medial science.)

    * D.S. put in the caveat, that other anointed might live longer tha the example.

What Christian apologist dont come forward truthfully is that the words directly from the bible say by Jesus ... that what was to come, was going to happened to the generation to whom he was speaking to " This Generation "

Which again proves that the Jesus savior god is fictional mythology.

Nice if it were true perhaps but we have to continue living in nonfictional reality for own benefit until a supernatural god transcends from the sky to save humanity from all of are enduring perils.

Today's GB members of the JWS are just trying to hang onto old doctrines which were unscriptural ( ie. 1914 ) which the WTS created decades ago to sell their products.

Teachers and sellers of apostate false prophecies they were and subsequently still are , many today are starting to see that.

I take your point waton, but if DS's reasoning had applied to the actual 1914 generation it would have taken them until about now to ditch the literal interpretation of generation, but they they ditched it almost 25 years ago. So I would expect them to ditch the "one generation with overlapping groups" comfortably before the passage of time proves it wrong. In any event, I will be long gone by then so I'll never know.
