Since I dont drink alcohol at all I have to look for other ways to keep busy at the meetings, assemblies. I get on with things that need doing, catch up on things as well.It is gloriious to be in the internet age.

I used to sit and play bullshit bingo in my head. But it was hard on my mental health. I spent over 2 years PIMO whilst I worked on getting my immediate family out. In my case it was time well spent. You need to plan the exit that's right for you but set a date deadline.
