Not true. ISIS draws most of its recruits from Sunni Muslim youth. Some examples: In Pakistan and Iraq, Sunni Muslims have killed Shi'ite Muslims - usually under the banner of ISIS. The recent terrorist attack in Iran was carried out by Sunni Muslims under the ISIS banner.
