At one apostofest I managed to have both a "key lime martini" and "sex on the beach". Both were delightful, although the names may be a bit misleading. Good recipes for both can easily be found in an internet search.
My favorite though is one I've loved from childhood: A & W Root Beer. Too bad they don't have as many drive-up stands as they did, where you could get a frosted-mug glass that was the perfect antidote to summer heat.
Gopher I loved those frosted glasses of A & W rootbeer. I agree, they tasted the best at those drive-ins (ours had car-hops). Nothing better on a hot summer evening.
But as an adult, coffee, white wine, beer, margaritas with Mexican food.

right now I am reading and drinking Amber Bock. I also like lagers of any type and used to drink MGD all the time.

I used to drink cider,we have some good ones down here with indescribable 'bits' in them...if you make it down Gadget we'll have a tasting session... but now i'm older and wiser it's lager, real ale, and copius amounts of red wine.
