Fishy Disclaimer: Kendricks was never criminally convicted beyond reasonable doubt of abusing Candace and maintains his innocence.

Now that's interesting that you mention (what amounts to)innocent before proved guilty. Yet you think authorities should legislate to ban people from churches before they commit a crime. Where else should the law ban them from? Supermarkets, colleges, pool clubs, football grounds, fitness clubs?

Strange for a Christian to want someone banned from a church before they have sinned, too.

Why all these diversions from the basic, common sense answer.

If someone commits the crime of child abuse and it is reported to an elder, the elder reports it to authorities. That simple.

A curious JW may wonder what the 'apostates' are saying in regards to the two witness rule, after all, a thinking JW would reason that an ex JW would already understand the Organisations biblical understanding on the matter.

I hope this is true. Poe faced Breaux didn't say what the reason was. He just tried to marginalise those that have mentioned it. Very convenient. I think it goes without saying that most of the R&F hear the loaded word 'apostate(tm)' and run to the hills in fear.

Mention the ARC to a jobo and they won't have a clue what it is.

    When convenient.

Or if they have no choice.
