    Crow,

If he’s a thief that has stolen merchandise in his possession, then he’s not innocent, is he?

Look, you don’t like the law, go petition to get it changed.

Are you willing do that and accept the consequences that it can be used against YOU as well?

Bobby: If he’s a thief that has stolen merchandise in his possession, then he’s not innocent, is he?

    Prove it

If you can't prove that he has that stolen merchandise - he is innocent

Prove what? YOU said he is a thief (evidence) and he has stolen merchandise (proof).

I NEVER said WT is hiding crimes, and are innocent anyway.

YOUR analogy was bad and YOU hung yourself with YOUR own rope.

    Bobby; he has stolen merchandise

It's locked up. Nobody can access it.

People know about it but I don't have the key to the place it is locked up in. I can't prove it.

The thief has the evidence and nobody can get to it.

    Now what?

    Crow,

Having stolen merchandise “locked up” doesn’t change the fact he has stolen merchandise. It doesn’t make him innocent, dummy.

At any rate, this is getting silly, but I am more than happy to hang you with your rope some more.

But you need to save face now. So carry on...

Crow, if there is not search warrant than you cant break into someones home and search no matter what you think you “know”.

There is a process. The law will play out here as it usually does in these cases... the wt will stall and stall and finally settle out of court for an undisclosed amount. Strange track record for an innocent organization

"...Strange track record for an innocent organization." - _Morpheus

Exactly. No innocent person or organisation would hinder investigations or make undisclosed payouts for the silence of the person who is supposedly lying about that organisation or person.

If you believe no innocent organization would settle, you know nothing about litigation.

Settling, for one, is less expensive than going through an entire case and winning. It is a FACT 90+ percent of settlements are done for financial reasons.

Secondly, settlements ensures confidentiality. It benefits an organization like ours to ensure that the plaintiff cannot sell their stories to book publishers and movie makers.

Going through a case and winning does not come with “gag orders” or confidentiality clauses. So winning, long term, can be bad. Settlements are long term beneficial because it keep the story out of the media.

This is very basic stuff, people. Winning isn’t everything.

It is a FACT that 100% settlements are reached because the defendants think they are going to loose. As the wt has thought that over and over again and thus settled... over and over again.
