I call BS. Two weeks later him and his gossip wife take off for a month to go to PEI.
Then another local needs he did was on waiting until the new system was here if you wanted a house so bad. Guess what? A month later he bought a house and has never given talks after that on holidays or buying houses. Such a bunch of hypocrites!!!
