I love the ones that talk about their faith and saying prayers but in the meantime ask for money.

The spleen is extremely vascular and you are apt to loose a hell of a lot of blood during surgery to remove this organ.
Here lies the problem. It will be hard to find a surgeon willing to operate "blood free" until they have no choice and she is about to die. Which is a dilema because she needs a haemoglobin/red cell work-up pre surgery to stand a chance.
