I wonder if older WT publications with old ideas would be considered apostate if a jw were to read them.
Edit: I ask because I read volume 7 of the Studies in the Scriptures and it made me wonder what other nonsense was believed back then.

B: The oldest "publication is of course is "the bible" and Wt contradicting Jesus' recorded speech would be an act of apostasy:
Jesus: This generation will not pass away before the end.
Wt: The anointed generation (now overlapping) will pass away before the end.

Examples of the lies.....??? Specific documentation of "apostate" statements to loyal dubs designed to cause them to falter in their ill founded faith? Its been said so many times...if faith is that shallow that it cannot withstand scrutiny, it is useless....
