I wonder if CofC is available on tape? It's been translated into a lot of languages so it would make sense for it to be on tape. Anyway, another excellent read is James Penton's Apocalypse Denied. Like Franz, Penton was a third generation JW from Canada. Only problem with both of them is that Penton's last update was in 1998 and Franz's was, I think, 2000, so they offer no insight's on the major reorganization of 2000.

I felt the same way when I read it ( that I was not alone in my feelings/questions) - to have your feelings validated is very helpful in unloading the guilt.

My copy's revision is 2002. Ray Franz seems to do a great job at keeping his book up to date.
