    Welcome to the forum, Allyson.

I think Jehovah and Jesus would be more compassionate towards trans woman than the organization on earth - Jesus would definitely be compassionate to trans people.

Jehovah? Er, not so much. He commanded the nation of Israel to stone homosexual people to death, so too with children who reviled their parents. Just think about it ... some stroppy adolescent Jew says that his parents are useless and that he hates them.

Get those rocks ready, all you lovers of Jehovah!

What on earth makes you think Jehovah would feel compassionately towards trans people?

There's no evidence for this ...

They can't stop you attending by meetings as infinitum as a non baptised person.

Actually, they can. They can tell her that her implied invitation has been revoked and future visits to the kingdom hall will be treated as trespassing.

They typically do this when apostates come around and start asking difficult questions or start sharing TTATT.

Given JWs' strong bigotry against gays and transsexuals it's not too much of a stretch to think that they might do this to her if they sense she's intent on remaining a trans woman and is of the adamant view that Jehovah accepts her as such. They might consider her presence at the kingdom hall, dressed as a woman, as "upsetting to others" and a "spiritual danger" to the congregation. I think there's at least a 50% chance of this happening.

Keep this in mind: the very act of a biological man dressing as a woman is deemed by them as a serious sin worthy of disfellowshipping. So every time Allyson comes to the meetings dressed as a woman, the JWs - from their perspective - are witnessing a serious, gross sin taking place in their kingdom hall right before their eyes! From a strictly pseudo-logical, scriptural perspective it is comparable to a person coming to the meeting and publicly committing fornication at the kingdom hall in the presence of everyone.

Do not be fooled by the love-bombing that is just to draw you in.

If you enter into any relationships as a trans person you will be accused of sexual immorality and homosexuality.

    The JW view of homosexuality:

    LEVITICUS 18:22, 29:

"You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.

For whoever commits any of these abominations shall be cut off from their people."

    LEVITICUS 20:13:

"If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death; their blood is upon them."

    REVELATION 22:15:

15 Outside are fthe dogs gandsorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

    1 CORINTHIANS 6:9-10:

9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

    GALATIANS 5:19-21:

19 Now the works of the flesh

are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21 envy, drunkenness, orgies,

and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not

    inherit the kingdom of God.

    EPHESIANS 5:5:

5 For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral orimpure, or who is covetous (that is,an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.

    Also,

    DEUTERONOMY 22:5:

A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.

    DEUTERONOMY 23:1

No one who has been emasculated by crushing or cutting may enter the assembly of the Lord.

If being a part of a religion is important to you, it's best that you find a religion that is welcoming of trans people.

    Kind regards.

Allyson.......lets talk about a different subject............ your desire for a spiritual quality in your life. Understanding from those you associate and pray with. Love without conditions.

I hope this has been a wake up call for you to look in other places for the spiritual life you want.

Start with a Google search for church's that welcome the transgender person. Church's that have women pastors. Google both subjects and see what you come up with. Visit those church's, sit through a service, meet the minister or pastor.

Do not discuss this with your JW friends or Elders. You have heard their version of 'the truth' and have now gotten a sense that ultimately they will have to reject who you feel you really are. Take the time to see if any other group has a belief system that will allow you to complete your transition.

Allyson keep in mind that the JW's are a 19th century construct and they have a built in mentality that refuses logic when it comes to matters concerning LGBT. So if things don't go well you can pivot and try another route.

I should also say that I am a non believer however I believe in your right to be who you choose to be and you should not be denied a place to worship and a community that welcomes you.

Here are some religious groups that have opened their doors to transgender folks.

Modern Christian denominations vary in their views, but some are accepting. Unitarian Universalism is a liberal religion with roots in liberal Christianity, and it was the first denomination to accept openly transgender people as full members with eligibility to become clergy, and the first to open an Office of Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, and Transgender Concerns. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christianity_and_transgender_people

The Metropolitan Community Church (MCC), also known as the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches (UFMCC), is an international Protestant Christian denomination.

A notable aspect of MCC's theology is its position on homosexuality and Christianity where it fully embraces and welcomes lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Indeed, the majority of members are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender, with many clergy being openly LGBT. MCC fully affirms the ministry of both men and women, seeing them as equal, and the past election of Nancy Wilson as Moderator makes MCC one of a small number of communions with female senior leadership.[9]

According to the 2015 US Transgender Survey, conducted by the National Center for Transgender Equality, 39 percent of transgender people who have been in a faith community left because they were afraid of being rejected. One in five left because they actually were rejected, according to the survey.

Rejection or discrimination by a faith community can have “profoundly negative” effects on transgender people, said Justin Tanis, managing director at the Center for LGBTQ and Gender Studies in Religion in Berkeley, California. “People equate it with being rejected by God; it’s devastating. It can certainly lead to people rejecting the entire idea of faith.”

I never understand the desire for people to join groups that condemn them. Why do you hate yourself so much?

Do you really believe they have "the truth"? Why not pick some other group with 99% of the same beliefs? What beliefs that they have, which are different to anyone else, do you think makes them "the true religion"? And before their last flip-flop when they picked them, doesn't that mean they were not the true religion?

How can you say they are wrong if you also think they are right?
