This forum is also invaluable support to a spouse, married to a JW. Especially when the non jw spouse was ignorant to the reality of the JW. The support on how to understand, handle the behaviors, how NOT to try to force feed information .PERIOD. So much emotional help for me here.

Welcome unstuck. Let yourself take the time to process it, some may come back later after you thought you were over it. My husband and I have been out for 17 years. There are still things can set us off but mostly we are so happy to be out. It is exactly coming to terms with any kind of abuse....
Good to have your husband by your side in this. Mine left about 3 months after I did after he was taunted about my leaving.
