From the first 90 seconds of the video it seems the org is making an attempt to work with animitronic robots. The gestures are overly exaggerated and out of sync with the voice which is halting and lacks the flow of human speech. They have a long way to go. Better to have a human hosting their videos.

Lovely humour Esse! I would go so far as to say that the animatronic robot narrator is even worse than a real animatronic robot.
BTW, I was surprised to learn that the nearby building they acquired needed to be refitted by...wait for it...not the brothers (or sisters) but "an outside construction company".
Don't you just hate it when your own organization lacks the required skills, training and experience for the truly specialist services of setting up fully sound-proofed 3 storey high studios.
