  I always thought that was his ego talking, and that he knew the lawsuits were a sham. But maybe he really did think something would come of it and that he could use the Croatian courts to bring his enemies to their knees. He seems deluded enough to have believed that. Now, it hangs from his neck like an albatross. And it's a self-inflicted wound, which means the only person he has to blame for it is himself (although he will never do that).

  This case could (and probably will) sit there until 2028 as the court will not close for failure to prosecute until 6 years from the date of the incident.

  Ah, thanks for that update, Kim. I figur3ed it would be more likely years not months before any open case would be automatically closed, since most jurisdictions allow plenty of time (and even cases that are progressing can take a long time for documents and depositions to be made, etc). But there has to be a finite time, to prevent vexatious claims. Six years is very generous really.

  However, the longer goes by, the more clear it is that the whole thing is dead in the water. With almost a year since any updates from the "plaintiff", and him apparently dodging being served papers by the court, the trail and the impetus have gone cold long ago. It's highly unlikely he will have the motivation, information or money required to keep going.

  He's presumably just going to leave it to lie dormant then when it eventually expires, he will claim he was waiting on the court for something and the "glacially slow" Croatian system failed him. (Although SIX years is plenty of time to present a full case if there was one). Classic Lloyd move: do as little as possible then blame others for failure at the end.

  LadyBoi Evans can probably barely afford a pastry and coffee right now, much less continue to pay legal representation towards a nothing-burger lawsuit. lol.

  What others think about this, what people think of Lloyd, what people think was his motivation for lodging this, whether his (and other) actions were an attempt to intimidate people into silence is up to each person.

  The guy panicked and made some very poor decisions on how to respond to the consequences as they piled on. Like any degenerate gambler, he kept doubling down on sub-par hands that he thought were sure winners.

  The Andrew Gold interview illustrated this pattern perfectly. Gold is known for being anti-cancel culture and the interview was intended as a softball interview and opportunity for Lloyd to un-cancel himself. What Gold didn’t understand at the time was not only the complete inability of Jabba the Hutt to apologise where he had clearly wronged people, but how he intended to label his accusers as racists in a lame diversionary attempt to spin the Thailand narrative.

  All that is remembered from that video is that familiar bloated face droning on about how he’s not sorry, sex workers who were definitely all over the age of 20 (trust him!) and that he was so wronged. It’s no coincidence that filing the lawsuit almost immediately happened after that interview. I find it hilarious that he’s including as evidence people reacting to his Gold appearance. That’s the last thing you would want to put up in front of a judge!

  Minus 400 patrons later he’s talking about using drugs, how he might believe in a type of God, and life having no meaning for him so much so that he has pulled away from his young daughters and doesn’t want to live in Croatia anymore.

  Even the Cedarites are slowly discovering that their cult leader has abandoned both them and their cause.

  In total (don’t know the livestream in particular) according to the graphtreon site his peak was 896 patrons and he’s now on 329, so that’s down 567 patrons, or down 63%. He’s added some YouTube members apparently, to offset that, very slightly.

  Yes, slim is right. Whenever I check his membership I always measure it against the baseline of 896 which was the peak he had back in November 2021 before he blew everything up!

  If and when he reaches 300 (298, strictly speaking), he will have effectively lost two thirds of his peak support. He must be well aware of that, which is why he's been fighting to keep the number above that psychologically important baseline (and also because it would represent a new low in income - remember when he was bemoaning that he couldn't keep his "life-saving work" going if he had fewer than a certain number of followers?)

  He meant grifting for donations was intended to save his own life.

  He's been fighting to get the numbers up for a while, because when he had almost 900 people donating he must have been making a very comfortable living. And that is before we count any other sources of income and the people paying for his travel and vacations and so on. I can only imagine how much money he was getting outside of Patreon and YouTube, and that flow of cash has probably dried up completely now. I don't recall him mentioning holidays or vacations anytime recently.

  He was taking pics of himself solo hiking in Slovenia. It was pitiful. Had the emotional heft of a Texan vlogging a weekend trip to Tulsa. In his latest pic he dyed his hair black and was using the iconic “keep calm and carry on” with a British flag emoji. People were speculating in the comments that he may be in the UK, but it looked like he was in that attic flat. Almost like he just remembered he was British and he wants to get the fuck out of there NOW.
