I personally knew of a few jw couples who initially meet through the Internet and dating sites and are still happily married today. I say good on you, and if it works for you then you do it. F%_k you watchtower for telling people what to do which is none of your business.
TV.JW.ORG (September 2015): Serving Single - Do not use JW dating sites!
As my late mother would have described it, "they have broken out in a fresh place."
Brother and sister met on face book(1978), after a few weeks of communicated he
came calling. That was ok but he bedded down in her trailer and ask me to marry them.
You are not supposed to have your honeymoon before you get married in JW world.
What was so strange about that, that guy traveled across four states to commit fornication.
How ironic: No use of DATING sites, meanwhile Splane is trying to explain their DATING to prove we are in the last days.
Let's review: It's a cult!
All the religion cares about is that there are sisters there to do favors for all the users!
They know that once a woman is married they cannot readily approach her with nervy requests like when she was single.
I don't know what they're worried about. There are SO many single women in the Jehovah's Witness religion that there are bound to be many they can choose from when they are looking for a free "chauffeur", somebody to bring food, or cheap or unpaid "caretakers"!
These selfish men have no interest in the happiness or welfare of single women in the religion and simply see them as a "pool" of people they can "use". (Now IF it were single men, it would be another story entirely!!)
The clock is ticking and it is sad about all those single sisters wasting their lives there. Maybe if they are lucky, they get invited to a "gathering" now and then! These ladies better go out and make their own happiness.
I agree with you entirely longhairgal it's so sad, they take advantage of their good nature. The GB don't seem to stay single long...many married to youmger attractive sisters who won't be allowed to have kids.
Makes me madder'n all h€!!
JW dating site:
Education: Theocratic Ministry School
Hobbies: Bible reading, Knocking on doors, hanging out with my literature cart, answering questions from WBTS literature, hanging with my bros at the KH.
Favorite music: I love all the cool beats from the Kingdom Song Book. They rock!
Favorite movies: The Org's drama videos are mega awesome!
Favorite food: spiritual
Which animal are you most like? I would say a sheep!
What are your pet peeves? I hate bros who wear tight pants because they're totally Ghhayyy! I also can't stand it when I've like seriously prepped to answer some questions from the Watchtower and other people like totally answer all the cool ones so it's like impossible for me to be uber cool at Sunday meetings. Oh and Apostates are major bummers!
Places you have travelled: I visited Bethel twice. I so recommend everyone see it, it's Org-mazing!!
Tell us something about yourself: I love the outdoors because I get to spend a lot of time in people's gardens going door-to-door. I also love walking because being a pioneer I can't afford a car. I like learning about lots of different stuff like the bible and stuff.
What do you look for in a partner: well she needs to be a girl and like not answer the cool questions in the Watchtower on Sundays so I can be the uber cool one. She's got to like buying used clothes because we would both have to be pioneers and we wont have money for new clothes. If anyone needs clothes shes got to respect that I need them more than her. She should be hot so all the other pioneer bros can like be jealous and stuff. She musn't like parties and must only like to do the things I like to do like walk a lot. And hang out at the KH.
And now the google ads have switched from Forex trading (not sure what topic that came up in), to ads about dating.lol
Russian dating sites here. Didn't the Watchtower have some issues with Russia?
hey are looking for a free "chauffeur*,
Yeah, like Abishag, who warmed David.
* history. "Chauffeur" does not literally mean 'Driver' in French but "Heater", because the first french cars were steamers, and the servant that drove Madam, had first to make a fire, to heat the water to make steam and then drive.
